Excellent and very helpful service from Ross Shortland. Temporarily fix our leaking internal stopcock, then advised us how to get our watercompany to find the external valve and then came back to do a timely proper repair.

Ben was super helpful both occasions he was called out to us, he explained exactly what needed to be done and gave great advice, answering my many questions.
He fixed the leak and replaced the pipes, and left everything tidy (as best you can with exposed pipes!)
I would say he went over and above what was expected and having had previous plumbers visit that were less than helpful, I felt I could trust Ben and was grateful he was assigned to our job.

Oscar visited us when my wife and I were really distressed. The water tank in our loft was leaking into the stairwell and causing significant damage. Oscar was like a guardian angel and offered to close down the faulty tank, remove it, and run pipes through to the other tank. Oscar worked very professionally, with great skill and efficiency. Highly recommended as a very skilful, conscientious, and friendly engineer.

Oscar done exactly what needed doing once and right. (Unlike my landlord).
