Excellent service and professionalism.
I recently had my partner’s iPhone 11 battery replaced at this store, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. As someone who is cautious about third-party, non-OEM batteries due to the technical aspects of battery replacements and the nature of my work, I was a bit hesitant at first. However, the technician took the time to thoroughly explain the two battery options available—giving me peace of mind. I chose the Grade A battery, and the technician even showed me the exact part that would be used for the replacement.
He was very transparent about the process, informing me that the service would take about 30 minutes. When I returned to pick up the phone, the technician had completed about 90% of the work. He left the phone open to ensure we could confirm that the correct battery had been installed, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, he even took the extra step of cleaning the charging port and gave clear instructions on how to properly charge the phone to ensure optimal battery performance.
Overall, the service was excellent, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of phone repairs. The technician’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference.
