It took a while to find the part because of the age of the car. The mechanic missed each other on a couple of occasions.

I had a starter motor go bad on my Honda CR-V, and had a cracked serpentine belt, and worn out rear brakes. I contacted fixmycar and they were able to send out a mechanic and fixed all the issues. Aaron, the mechanic, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Teresa was very helpful with organizing the appointment and facilitating communications with the mechanic. Their pricing was a lot more competitive than local shops. Highly recommend the service!

Great communication, I got my appointment the day after making it. Nicolas, the mechanic, was friendly, informative, very efficient and did all the work correctly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Phillip was friendly knowledgeable, efficient and on time.

The mechanic who completed the work was great. The quote initially provided was incorrect. I explained the issue was the variable valve timing solenoid “exhaust”, they provide a quote and stated there was no difference of a exhaust, just one part. I told them there was and the part needed to be labeled exhaust, customer service person still said there was no difference. So I still schedule the service and was quoted around $ 160. The mechanic went to get the part and realized the specific part I needed was the “exhaust” VVT and it would cost more. So I had to pay almost $100 more than originally quoted. They did provide a $15 discount. Due to the inaccurate quote I am not rating 5 stars, I would rate the mechanic 5 stars due to his good communication, work and reliability.
