This company set up my pension…

This company set up my pension incorrectly and then refused to answer my calls. I had to phone twice a day for two weeks, only to be told the lines were busy or they were in a meeting - none of which was true. I also emailed repeatedly and failed to get an answer. Eventually I was phoned and the problem was sorted out but the upset caused was considerable.

No service provided and no contact

I was in touch with them March 2024 and they got back to me very quickly. I provided all my information and then never heard back from them. Any time you try to contact them it's an answering service where you're just told nobody is available. When I got upset on the phone once and said this was highly unprofessional, got a call back saying the person will be in touch shortly with feedback on my personal information I was provided. Then I never heard from them again, even when I called to complain. I don't know if something has happened, and hope they are okay as I think it might just be one person running the business, but I wish there would be some kind of contact to let me know what has happened and what happened to all that personal information I shared.

Excellent advice in an easy to understand manner

Andrew offered me excellent advice on the transfer of my existing pension.

He explained my options in a clear and easy to understand way and the transfer was completed very quickly.

My funds are now held in a cost effective pension with very good fund options and I'm very happy with how they are performing.

Overall I was very impressed with how easy the process was and the advice I received was first class.
