I paid extra to have the part delivered in 1 to 2 days but it ended up coming after that leading to a lot food wastage. Another company was sleeping the same part for cheaper with guaranteed next day delivery but I foolishly trusted this company. Never again. This company has been blacklisted by my community.

Maytag tumble dryer repair
FixPart provided me with the ideal photos of the part I required. My Maytag tumble dryer tripped the house breaker and there was limited access via the removable back panel to get to the faulty motor and get a photo of the part number. When putting this part number into a search FixPart came up with all the information needed to buy the correct part.

Absolutely terrible company. Order a part we were desperate for and paid next day delivery. It didn't arrive. After a week of messages back and forth they told us our address is in correct. We have lived here for 8 years and never had a problem. I checked the order and the address is correct. Then they wanted money money to send to a different address.

Cowboys who ignore customers. They still owe me £200. They can't be trusted.
Item I ordered was supposedly in stock and to be delivered in 3 days took 6 weeks to arrive. 2 email enquiries to customer services were ignored. 3rd one (titled"do not ignore") got a meaningless response froma guy called Hend.
The item was too late and returned by me in its unopened packaging. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no refund. Same email pantomime. First two emails ignored. Third one got a meaningless response from the same "Hend". He clearly doesn't give two hoots.
I've no idea whether or when they intend to issue a refund but I will pursue them until I get it.

ordered a part for my freezer which was stated as in stock and would be delivered within 2-4 working days. First excuse was that the item was not in stock and they had to order from supplier? Now 9 working days later and 3 emails to them asking for an update and they are not responding at all. Totally unacceptable customer service , I have asked for my money back but again no response. Use at your peril

Easily found the part I needs for my Bosch hoover on their website. Ordered just a few days before Xmas and the part arrived within three working days via DPD. Highly recommend, and I’m glad I didn’t read the negative reviews before I ordered as it might have put me off!

Very professional website, all looks ok, UK company supplying a variety of parts.
First things first, they appear to a company operating from France, they are not UK based……
Ordered part, still waiting after 2 weeks, tried to make contact via their web page, email direct then via Facebook, to be told they didn’t have the part in stock (at time of ordering was showing in stock), then to be told their supplier don’t have the part either.
I requested the order to be cancelled and full refund applied. 1 week on, still awaiting refund and after daily emails, no replies from this company.
Absolutely shocking service, please avoid…..
Next step is I’ll be raising a Charge Back via my bank to obtain the refund.

Needed various parts for my Kenwood processor which I’d lost in a house move, meant I wasn’t using the processor and it was taking up space in a cupboard. Was loathe to buy a whole new processor. Looked on line, found Fixpart which had exactly what I needed. Easy to check the part’s compatibility with my processor. Delivered the next day, excellent packaging, safe and secure. Absolutely delighted with the service I’ve received from Fixedpart, can highly recommend.

I purchased the item with next day delivery, three attempts by the incompetent DPD! Where no attempt was made.
When the item did arrive five days later the box was damaged but DPD didn’t show this on the delivery picture and when pointed out as not interested.
There was no item inside the box ! Luckily I have door bell cam where you can clearly see the open damaged box
This was reported to fix part but still nearly three weeks later they are still investigating !!
Stay away from this. Company as no after sales service and use a useless delivery company
Order Cancelled No Explanation
I ordered a Fridge drawer top which showed as in stock on their website.
They sent an email that just said your order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued.
With a linked messaged asking "Your opinion matters. Did I help you well?"
Well here's my opinion.
Next time you cancel someones order have the decency to explain why.
First class service
Ordered a microwave glass turntable on line. There system is easy to navigate. I received e mails every step of the way. Ordered Wednesday afteroon & it was delivered on Friday morning. Very impressive
