DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After ordering a part through this company in Mid December it eventually arrived faulty (took over 2 weeks to be posted). After numerous emails they are now not responding. I have spoken to the suppliers who were very helpful, but stated they couldn't help as they had resolved the issue with Fixpart. It is now February, I have no working part, I am out of pocket and they are ignoring my emails.

I was searching for a ‘rubber foot’ for my microwave. I emailed with oven make and model and approx measurements that I could see. They came responded quickly with the link to part. I ordered and it came yesterday. It fits and my microwave wobbles no more! Thank you for your help.

Fixpart sent a product to the wrong address and Royal Mail returned it to them.Fixpart AI customer service refuse to refund until I return the part. Their customer service is non existent and you cannot speak to them.Do not use this company, their service is appalling

I ordered a replacement fridge door and was given an estimated delivery date of 26 January. Payment was taken immediately.
When the delivery date passed and I had heard nothing, I contacted customer service. Only then was I told the item was not in stock and had to be ordered from an external supplier. I was also informed that the new delivery date is unknown.
This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Customers should not be given delivery estimates for items that are not in stock.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise to avoid this company

I ordered a glass door for a hisense cooker in September 2025, the delivery was advised between 8 to 10 days.A few days later I received an email to say that the delivery had been delayed and the dispatch date would now be 31st December 2025.This date came and went and I still hadn't received any delivery information.I then emailed fixpart and they said they didn't know when the part I ordered would be delivered.I asked them for a refund and I still haven't received it.Today I contacted fixpart again asking for my refund,they have now blocked me from contacting them.They have taken my money and not supplied my part or given me a refund.My advice to anyone is steer well clear of this company,place an order with another supplier.

I expected a hose that was rubber or plastic but it was paper and had 2 holes in it although small they were there. so Thought £20 was expensive.

Careful, I actually believe the website is a scam. Product ordered as "in stock" - no infos and when I chased 10 days later they confirmed it was out of stock, no new date given. I may add that they initially said the courier tried to deliver (I work from home and never got a slip or anything) they then tried to track down the parcel for weeks - all a big lie.
When I asked about why their website says it's in stock and says delivered in 3-5 days they confirmed that was just a range. I mean, clearly 3 TO 5 IS A RANGE but by day 5 it should be there. Not the first buy in my life?
3 months later, after endless exhausting emails the piece has still not arrived - they confirmed they were going to send out a new one and 5 days later reconfirmed it was out of stock again (website still shows in stock )
I doubt I will get a refund at this point and this has been the worst online shopping experience either in a long time or ever.

Ordered a fridge shelf which fits great but £6.95 delivery charge was extortionate. Not only did DPD (the sellers carrier) not deliver when promised & blatantly lied they'd been to my property, I complained to the seller one week ago & still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service!
