Found a spare part for my device quite easily and a good thing is that all parts are tagged with which device(s) they fit!

At first it was stressing because my parcel is lost..But upon reporting they send another one right away.Just choose dhl for faster delivery dont choose postnord because they will lost your parcel.

I never got my item and after several email exchanges telling me to wait, until 3 months after my order, I still didn't get my item. Then, after another month of consistently emailing them, they finally responded that they will refund me. However, another 3 months has passed and I still have not received my refund. Beware, this business sure feels like a scam. I would give 0 stars actually and I would file a report if the order amount was not that small.

They advertised product as genuine original part with photos of original part but sent me a third party product and refuse to acknowledge their wrong doing, I found this fraudulent, would avoid. Plus they refused to pay for the return.

Purchased a dishwasher circulatuon pump. It was a crack in the pump housing so it leaks water. Customer support were extremely unwilling to help, and also very slow to answer at all.

Do not shop here.

I ordered a remote control from LG. I made the payment within a month. And I haven't received the parcel yet. Why don't you help? track the parcel where should I contact

They sent me the wrong product and when I complained they argued that I had received the correct product. This even when I sent them photos of the received product which was completely different from the shop product images. In the end they never admitted they were wrong and I ended up returning the product and will never shop from them again. I usually don't complain easily but this was just ridiculous. I do not recommend this company go to buyspares.it instead.

I bought filters for my aspirator. The information about the product was really detailed,so wasn't difficult to choose them. Just the order delay a bit, but the time I ordered was matching with Black Friday,so it's normal to delay. Conclusion - I'm happy with my order and method of delivery!

Customer service is slow and returning a product is very hard. Still keeping my fingers crossed after over a month of trying.

Accurate product information, a lot of stock, variable means of payment and also super fast shipping process. I mean, what else could you want?
