I found the part easily in the catalogue. Delivery was, as promised, the following day.
My only adverse comment is that an extremely large carton was used for a small part.

great delivery options, great service , great price

The product was advertised as in stock and would be around 1-3 days delivery. As it was a UK web site did not raise any concerns. Turns out the product was supplied from France.

Received an email saying product was shipped 2 days after order was place via DPD.
The tracking reference number seemed genuine.
Then the tale gets more complex. Received and email asking for address and telephone no.
Why would you ask for this when the package had been shipped.

Then the DPD site is now stating that the package was delivered to my house on the 15th of February.
Which we can confirm that this was not the case.
Tried contacting DPD but they would not allow any correspondence other than with the shipper.

Tried the customer support email but so far not received any reply. I will give them another 72 hours then cancel my credit card and order. I am at a loss as to why a company would not provide good support and tarnish it reputation this way.

I normally provide excellent reviews from companies I trade with but sadly in this occasion it is not the case.

Shocking service. Ordered some parts that were shown to have a short delivery time. Now approx. 6 weeks later and after much chasing of fix part customer service, I’ve finally been informed that the parts can’t be provided. FixPart propose alternatives from a different supplier but request that I pay the increased cost !… after this amount of time, terrible communication and customer service surely FixPart should foot the bill and provide the goods. I’ll never use this website again.

Fixpart went out of their way to make sure that we recieved the freezer seal as soon a possible.

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a part 7 days ago and paid £6.95 to have it delivered in 1-3 days. I still haven’t received it or any shipping details. I have contacted them 3 times, twice on their message form and once by email! Nothing! Of course they don’t provide a phone number! Meanwhile our food goes off as we wait on this fridge part!! I would NEVER order from them again and I would advise that nobody else does either!!!!

Answers re return were slow and implicated. Cost of sending with DPD almost the same as the cost of the part. I decided it to bother and not to use Fixpart again.

Site easy to navigate, parts easy to find. Correct parts arrived within a few days. Nothing to complain about

Easy to find part and very quick delivery

Excellent website, found what was required quickly and ensured it was correct part. Delivery was quick and package was well protected. Would definitely use again.

Good communication with Fixpart and ideally i would have given 5 stars but the delivery time was quite long. I will order from them again as the help and part received was fantastic.
Bonne communication avec Fixpart et idéalement j'aurais mis 5 étoiles mais le délai de livraison a été assez long. Je commanderai à nouveau chez eux car l'aide et la pièce reçues étaient fantastiques.
