Handyman sent was really friendly and efficient. Did everything he was asked impeccably. My only issue was the appointment was rescheduled from 12pm to 3:30pm, but that wasn't too much of a problem, after all, unforseen situations do occur.

Hi, I’m back- with an update on my review. It’s been since 7/13 when we hired this company that finally came the 7/17-that nearly blew our house up due to incorrectly wiring and not converting our stove. This company has not only been refusing to give our money back for the job they didn’t complete- but to pay us back for the electrical damages done to our home. Their technician even urinated on our tree outside while my parents and children were in the pool. Extremely negligent and unprofessional. Seeking legal recourse. Our work order number is 142612.

This was my first time using FixTman. My assembly project was a rather complicated bedframe/bookcase with 6 drawers. Fixtman quoted a competitive rate and assigned a skilled assembly technician to the job. He arrived on time, and completed the job quickly. He was very pleasant throughout the assembly and did a fantastic job. I am extremely pleased with his work. And I can wholeheartedly recommend Fixtman.

The first crew that came out weren’t capable of the assembly of the playset. This crew literally came in and worked for two days meticulously and professionally to get the playset assembled. I’m more than happy and so is our granddaughter. Highly recommend and will use them in the future!

I was given a date for the repair I needed, time, place, and name of repairman. Less than 30 minutes later, I was informed that my repair was canceled, as FixTman doesn't do such repairs.

I purchased a Vuly trampoline and paid for the set up through Vuly. This was who was sent and they did a great job! They were able to come the same day we text to schedule and had the trampoline set up in about 2 hours. They were nice and cleaned up all the boxes trash. 5 star experience

Here is the longest promissory email, however, I had to call more than five times and waited for two hours. NO CALL NO SHOW, I had to leave work early so I can make the appointment.

I needed a TV wall mounted and everything went as easily as possible. Immediate response, continuous communication about appointment, expectations, and payment. Everything online/text made it effortless. Saeid arrived right on time, friendly and super professional. Job done quickly and exceeded my expectations. Can’t ask for more!

I hired FixTman to dismount and relocate an 85” Samsung TV. During the appointment, the technician they dispatched caused irreparable damage to the screen. He admitted fault in writing.

I notified FixTman immediately. Despite controlling the scheduling, payment, and branding of the service, they claimed they weren’t liable because the technician was an “independent contractor.” Under California law—including the Dynamex decision and AB5—this defense is invalid when the company exerts control over the service. FixTman also advertises a 30-day warranty, which they initially ignored.

Only after escalating the matter did they offer a replacement—on the condition that I delete my negative reviews. I was pressured into removing them from Google, Yelp, and the BBB. In California, demanding removal of reviews in exchange for service violates Civil Code § 1670.8.

When the replacement arrived, it was not packaged in a sealed box, had no remote, no manual, and appeared used. I recorded the entire delivery. Since then, I’ve repeatedly asked for a receipt or order information to confirm it was a new, equivalent model. They’ve gone silent and refused to provide it.

This company uses coercive, deceptive tactics to silence legitimate complaints while avoiding legal and financial responsibility. Their resolution was inadequate and likely a cover to avoid a formal paper trail.

I booked my grill assembly request online. I checked $50 for the grill to be moved. The 1-888# for FixTMan texted me the following:
“We can move for $50 as long as you or someone can help. Please let me know if someone will assist in moving otherwise we will need to send second tech for $50 additional.”

What’s the purpose/obvious fraud to pay $50, but have to help move the grill from my garage to my deck? Fraud up front. I cancelled my appointment and alerted the 1-888# that I would write this review. It responded via text “Okay, let us know if you change your mind.”

Entire experience was great. From the constant communication from the staff to the technician being fast and friendly. will definitely be using them again
