Ordered 3 prints over 2 weeks ago. Items not even dispatched. Contacted company but received no communication so £65 spent and nothing to show for it.

I would love to give a positive review to a small business, but unfortunately the service at Fizzy Art was very poor.
I had the bad luck of coming across their ad around Christmas and decided to order some prints as a gift for a family member. That family member later changed their mind, so I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. What followed was a lot of unnecessary back and forth just to get the order cancelled and refunded.
Fizzy Art claimed their items are “bespoke” and therefore non-cancellable. However, under the law, these items are not bespoke - they are simply printed on demand. There’s nothing wrong with that business model, but having to argue for a refund was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
There are plenty of better print stores out there with far better customer service. Avoid.
I have placed an order for 2 prints 10 days ago. I still haven’t received it & have had no communication from the company apart from the initial confirmation email.
Very disappointing.
Obviously can’t comment on the quality of the product.
£65 for x3 pieces of A3 paper. Tried to return and was asked the reason for this, explained the quality is not worth what you pay and was advised they are made ‘bespoke’ so do not offer refunds. Why ask me why I am looking to return if not offering refunds? Wouldn’t bother with this scam company you can get better quality and price prints on Desenio! Save your money.

A Lovely selection of prints and amazing quality. I purchased two sets of three in A2 and a couple of single prints to add to a gallery wall and I was extremely pleased with all of them. I had a few questions regarding colours and sizing of prints and the customer support team were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be ordering from you again.
Love the range of prints, fantastic quality, arrived quickly and very reasonable prices I have ordered three times now as we are renovating our property, I love how art can transform a room. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for wall art.
