I wouild not give this company one star. I ordered a bag beleiving as it was a UK domain that it was a British site. Payment went to a chinese bank account. No contact from them despite emails from me asking for a refund. No bag, no refund and charges from the bank for converting to a foreign currency when expected to pay pounds.

This website is a scam - beware. You cannot log in to your account, reset password or check your order. The order is fulfilled by a Chinese company which leads me to believe the bag is fake. Extremely disappointed.
I ordered a classic bag from this website expecting that it would be genuine. However, the quality of the bag was not up to the brands standard: the stitching was loose, the material looked cheap and the labels inside the bag were almost coming off. I'm very disappointed with the website as it makes me believe that they are selling unofficial and not original produce and I was really upset and angry with my order.
