I had always ordered from fkn rich but this last time I ordered I never received my items and i spent like 100$ and its been a month already. A week ago i contacted all their platforms to see if they could help me but i never received an answer

Great pouches to keep me energized throughout the day without any headache. Also have great flavours, watermelon ice and pineapple mango are my favorite.

The worst customer service is pretty much non existent. I placed an order on 10/18 they took my money on 10/20. I never received an email used the chat feature and was given an order # on 10/25. Didn’t receive my items when back on the chat feature and was told my order # is not found, was supposed to be transferred to a live agent and that never happened. I emailed them multiple times and still waiting on a response. This website is a scam please don’t purchase from FKN Rich.

Ordered a package forever ago and never received it, and I’ve tried cancelling my membership and it never lets me I’ve tried everything and they don’t respond when I reach out to them DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE BS.

Placed two different orders didn’t receive either one calling bank to cancel and get my money back. Been over a month. Company is ran by losers.

I love the product but don’t like the false advertising about free shipping

good products, good caffeine diffusers and caffeine pouches. also there clothing and hats are very nice aswell.

Scam site… they will give u a discount if you sign for free for a free membership, after that they change the terms and you cant cancel the membership due to a weberror, so you end up canceling ur credit card..

I had to cancel my credit card after being charged for a membership never signed up for. I opened a complaint with MasterCard and, after a review and I was refunded.

However, the Black Friday charges were never refunded-and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, never received a single response. They completely ghosted me.

I ordered during their Black Friday sale in 2024 — it’s now June 2025 and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve reached out through email, phone, and WhatsApp, and they’ve completely ghosted me.
Is that what being "FKN Rich" means? Ignoring customers and keeping the cash? What a joke.

Never received my order

I ordered clothes from here a couple of years ago and everything was great.

I recently ordered clothes on 3/20/2025. It is 5/28/2025 and I still haven’t received anything. I have emailed their customer support multiple times. No response. No tracking number. No update. I live in US so there shouldn’t be any issues right? If there are issues, we should be notified and given an option for a full refund or an estimated arrival date.

I’ve been a fan of Pamaj for over 10 years and I’m sure that there’s some backend explanation for this but these articles of clothing are expensive.

Ordered 5 pairs of shorts using perks from their members’ program(which I found out I accidentally became a member of via my last order), which allowed me to them at a lower price. This order was placed on March 21, and as of May 13, I’ve not received the items, nor have I gotten a response to multiple emails, or the messages I’ve sent to their social pages. Also placed an order for shirts, which came as completely different shirts than what I ordered. This issue has also been ignored. Super disappointing seeing as my last experience ordering from them back in 2023 was great with my items coming in a timely fashion with updated shipping information, with this time around being an utterly terrible experience.

TLDR:Don’t order from them, you’ll never receive shipping updates, won’t receive your items, and will never get a response from efforts to contact them

Never received ordered item. continue to be charged for a subscription that i am not able to cancel. I have emailed customer support multiple times without a response. Total rip off

I EMAILED EM MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN ON FB AND IG THEY DONT RESPOND I DID NOT RECEIVE MT VARCITY AND DUFLE BAG STUPID SCAMMER EVERYWHERE its been almost a month
