Great support team

My experience with Flabelus has been very positive. The support team was fantastic. They were responsive, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. My Mary Janes are amazing and extremely comfortable. If there is one thing to watch out for, it is the fit. They definitely run true to size, if not a bit on the smaller side. If you are between sizes or prefer a little extra toe room, I’d recommend sizing up.

Shockingly bad customer service if you have an issue with an online order. Only purchase in store

The shoes look very nice and seem to be good quality, but the customer service is aaaaaawful! Definitely don't buy them online, go to a store if you're curious about them. I bought a pair online in 2024, they were too small, so I wanted to send them back. I used their Reveni system, which takes postage payment from your refund total, and went to drop them off at the only GLS location in the city I lived in at the time, and they no longer accept GLS parcels. I contacted Flabelus about this to ask them to reimburse me for the postage so I could pay to post them with another carrier, and they would not help me out, and after weeks of back and forth I posted them via GLS when I visited Dublin for the day.
I ordered another pair in October 2025, a size larger than I did previously, and they sent me the wrong size. They offered an exchange for the correct size, but I didn't trust that this would turn out well, so I just wanted them collected and be done with their online ordering. They said that they would arrange collection for the shoes, and four months on I am STILL waiting for them to be collected. I moved house in the meantime, gave them my new address, and they arranged two collections from my old address, and it was only because I thought to ask them if they had updated my address that I found this out, otherwise they would have kept trying to collect from my old address. They also keep replying to my postage issue thread from my 2024 order, so every now and then they cite the old order number when responding to one of my follow up emails saying that the collection was arranged in 2024 and apologise for the delay (even though I can see from the tracking information that it was delivered to them, so why the hell can't they see this??), so I have absolutely no idea if the shoes will ever be collected and if I will ever get my refund because they just can't seem to coordinate their information in the customer service team. Their reply times are also so sporadic; sometimes you get an immediate response, and then even if you reply straight away it can take days to get another reply. There's just no consistency and it makes for such an incredibly frustrating experience.

Terrible

Terrible! The shoes I was sent were defective and clearly worn by someone else. They were dirty and there was loose cotton coming from all over the place. When I’ve tried to email about a return they haven’t returned my email. These were for my wedding. I am so disappointed.

Beautiful shoes, super helpful and responsive company

Firstly the shoes are really, really beautiful. I bought some slippers after my barefoot house habits resulted in a tiny shard of glass getting stuck in my foot, requiring two trips to A&E. Every time I look down at the slippers they make me feel happy and luxurious. I am not precious about them and wear them most days as I get on with messy daily life (animals and children) and two months in they are still looking perfect.

There were some issues with delivery (not caused by Flabelus and probably because of the busy Christmas period) and customer service went above and beyond to make sure I received them. Super helpful and responsive. After this I bought some for my partner and they arrived very quickly.

I have had a terrible experience

I have had a terrible experience. I ordered the shoes for my daughter's birthday however, they have still not arrived after two and a half weeks. I have raised this with Flabelus and requested a refund because I have had to purchase an alternative gift (they were £170!) but Flabelus have informed me that I have to wait for them to arrive and then send them back before I will be refunded. At the moment Flabelus are not able to inform me where my shoes are or when they might be expected to be delivered so it could take many more weeks for this to be resolved.

I spent hours trying to place an order…

I spent hours trying to place an order on line. The site kept blinking and delaying response. I could delete one day when ordering 5 pairs of shoes and wanting 4. The next day it was correct but in my hurry to place order it had gone back up to 5 and I didn’t catch it before I pushed send. Noticed my error 2 minutes later. Called. Texted. Over and over I texted.
Now they are charging me $38 to return the extra pair. Plus it doesn’t fit like the others. The 41 is so much tighter than the rest of my order for 41’s. Completely frustrated. Would not recommend buying on line

The shoes are amazing

The shoes are amazing – comfortable and beautiful, I’m really happy with the quality.

The in-store experience, however, could be improved. The sales advisors are generally friendly, but getting a specific size or color is quite challenging. I understand that storage space may be limited, yet it often feels like many sizes and variations are unavailable. At the same time, additional pairs sometimes appear from the back that weren’t displayed, which makes the availability a bit confusing as a customer.

A clearer overview of stock or a more transparent system would make the shopping experience much smoother and more enjoyable.

Please do not order from this company

Please do not order from this company. I paid almost £200 for a pair or shoes that never arrived. I have tried endlessly to contact customer services and have received no response. I even resorted to messaging the company on Instagram, they asked for my email so customer services could follow up which of course they never did. I have previously bought shoes in the shop before and they are really not worth it, they fell apart shortly after. The ones I ordered online were a rash purchase for an event and I have lived to regret it ever since. Please save yourself the headache.

Overall horrible experience, terrible company

The brand’s sizing is completely off. Shoes were not fitting and poor quality. Returning cost me CHF 29 and I never got new shoes. Customer service is utter trash, you wait WEEKS for replies, if you get any. After MONTHS I finally got a reply telling me that the alternative size is not available in my chosen colour. I could either get a different colour or get my money back. Got the price for the shoes but not for the shipping costs (CHF 29) back.
Do not shop there under any circumstances, it’s complete garbage and scam!!!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. I ordered a pair of shoes that took a month to arrive and I kept being told they would arrive the next few days, but never did. Eventually they did arrive, but by this point all communication from Flabelus customer support went quiet. When I put through a refund request they had the audacity to take £50 off what I had paid and charge me for shipping back, despite waiting a month for my order. Truly awful company, avoid!

Fabulous Flabelus…

I love all my x4 different Flabelus shoes. They make an outfit unique....& are so comfortable.
They are so much better than than the opposition shoes that sell similar.
I have generally been lucky to buy them overseas & I would have more but the shipping costs to Australia are a lot!
This is my suggestion....lower the shipping cost!
I have had excellent help from customer service when needed & the staff in the stores esp in Draycott Ave Chelsea are fabulous!
So 4/5 ...almost perfect!

A colleague came back from Spain wearing Flabelus and I had to have them! Bought my 1st pair in Paris and now know my size. Can’t wait til I am in Spain this May!!

They're truly beautiful shoes!

They're truly beautiful shoes! The shoes are very well made, stylish and comfortable, I had no issues with shipping or packaging. Their sales are very generous too which can't be said for many brands <3 I only wish they would fix their sizes to go up one. I am a UK5 and bought a UK6 which fit me perfectly. I'd advise everyone to size up at least once!
