Never received flag or refund. Scam all day long

Overcharged for flags, offered discounts that didn't reflect in the cart, zero customer service, hasn't responded to any emails in a month. Still haven't got my flags.

Placed an order a week ago and already received, quality decent but the flags come creased so i had to iron it out

The basically stole my money. Never shipped my flag and once I asked for a refund rather than just inquiring on when the flag would arrive they stopped answering my emails. Months of frustration

Ordered the “Seth Rogen Wisdom” flag almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. Charged my card and everything. I’ve sent multiple emails but no response each time. I just want my flag:(

I had the same experience as most on here. Never got the flag and never got my money back. My son was so disappointed and I'm furious.

I wish I could give them no stars at all. Ordered a customized flag in July 2020 and never received it. I have contacted them multiple times with no avail and no resolution found. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not buy from this website.

Shipping was tracked which was good & customer support emailed me to advise on the status of my order. Thanks !

Ordered "The Bull". It took 2 months to receive the flag. When I received the flag, the rings were all rusted, and since the flag had been folded the flag had rust stains in various spots. I reached out to customer support repeatedly with pictures of the flag and the damage. Customer service replied with "We are reaching out to our manufacturer and will get back to you with updates. That was 2 months ago. I still haven't heard back. Do NOT buy flags from this company. The level of customer service you would expect is not there, and they have no protocol for follow up. I am warning you, do NOT waste your money with this company. They don't care about you, or their product.

ordered 4 flags total. 2 off their website and 2 custom. Got the first two after a month... still have yet to receive the 2 custom flags. Tried emailing about 7 times to get some sort of update. Probably will never get them

Shipping took a couple of weeks but quality is really nice and it feels like they do take the time to get to know each customer & what flags they would like.

Deserves zero stars. Ordered on August 26th and never received it. They don't respond. Can't call them. Buyer beware. If you order from them anyway; it will be a donation as you will never, ever receive anything. Horrible experience.......ordered from another company and got my order in less than a week. BUYER BEWARE FROM FLAGSQUAD. THEY ARE HORRIBLE..........

Ordered over a month ago, still hasn't arrived.

Edit: The product did arrive, however shipping took over 2 months.
