I ordered 3 woodland Christmas ornaments, and was surprised and disappointed that what I thought I’d ordered, wasn’t what came. I thought I was getting handmade wooden woodland ornaments, but received flat shaped discs.

It was only when I went back to the site and looked properly at the description that I found my mistake - Size:

0.56 oz
Material: Acrylic
Pattern: 2D flat single side print.

They are cute, but not what I thought I’d ordered. However, this was my mistake. Please make sure you read everything and clearly understand what you are purchasing before you buy.

THIS IS NOT A SCAM, but could be made clearer on the photos and initial description.

Last year I ordered some glass Robin Xmas tree decorations. When they arrived, they were printed plastic, nothing like the glass ones. I sent so many emails but had to go through to complaints to get money back. Very stressful experience!

I did not receive the item in my opinion its a scam do not purchase.

Ordered a Christmas calendar 7th November supposed to be £28 they took out £34 and it’s 28th and still no calendar emailed last week had a email straight back saying on its way now they not replying do not order from this website

Poor quality......would not fit a toddler . Stay away from thus company

I'm pleased I read the reviews on here. I recently bought an item from a Facebook Ad and it was a cheap, tacky bit of plastic. The Ad said UK Manufactured but I ordered in the UK, billed from Denver CO and shipped from China. I'm now extra cautious when buying anything online.

The Ad I looked at features names and photos of people so I searched and found the people in images. The positive reviews were almost identical on each Ad for different suppliers. I'm not saying don't buy but I encourage you do appropriate checks.

I will not be buying.

I ordered Christmas ornaments.they looked great.hand crafted.
When I received them they were a picture on a cheap bit of plastic.i emailed several times.their customer care is non existent .don't order

Unable to write a review without assigning ar least 1 star, which is undeserved.
Purchased a resin initial with real? flower and tiny light inside. This was intended as a Xmas gift for relative in italy. On inspection the product is shoddily made, with extremely sharp edges, sufficiently so to cut my finger. Also blobs of resin on surface. On contacting the support mail address I was asked to send photos. On receipt of these they offered me £4 but also stated "there is no quality problem with your product " Recommend NOT to purchase anything from this outlet as it all appears to be rubbish.

Order received quickly however when i received the product it wasnt what i was expecting and the quality was poor. it cost £25.98. I contacted to confirm return address which they wouldnt provide and offered me £6 compensation to keep the product which i declined and asked again for the address to return. i was then offered £9 again i said no as i explained i wouldnt use the items. I returned to the return address on the original packaging and informed them that i had done so. I received an email to say that i sent the product to the wrong address and a full refund couldnt be supported and offered £15!!! My response is no and as per Consumer rights act 2015 i am entitled to a full refund as long as it is within 30 days!!

Do NOT buy the 3D wooden animal Christmas baubles. Printed photos on cheap plastic 😡. There should be a law against this type of trading. Scam company…..avoid at all costs

Scam company. Ordered glasses, they are cheap reading glasses advertised as multifocal they are not, and react to light ie darken in the sun. They don't.

Contact them. . . Their reply here is £2 off.

Bought a pair of glasses through what I thought was a UK selling site through Facebook.
Tracking updates suggested they were being shipped from the US
Eventually arrived on 22nd Nov
3 days later the plastic arm snapped when opening arms.
Cheap terrible quality

Stupidly ordered 5 of these animal items. Still not received them. Sent emails to them. Have had return emails from them with this great big tracking number. Go into tracking and it comes up this advert for World-wide service and then says its still in customs awaiting clearance in Birmingham in the UNITED STATES. Yiu would think I should have known better l. Thats what happens when toi give people the benefit of the doubt. Find it very hard to believe all those comments saying they are lovely. Mind you any-one can put a name onto a review. Will not be CONNED like that again. Will be getting in touch with Trading Standards and the Fraud Squad at our bank. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

I ordered 3 ornaments, received 1 today its a gift tag ,nothing like picture ,very disappointed

got the 3d life like Dorset animal carved decorations...which turned out to be a flat piece of acrylic the picture was on....not worth the money I would maybe give 40-50p for them but no more....terrible how they get away with these kind of adverts

Like so many others on here I purchase the Wood carved baubles only to receive a sticker of the animal on a piece of plastic. I emailed the company, no reply. I also emailed the address on the Thank you slip but that came back , Mailer Daemon. They also trade under ZERO MIRACLE NETWORK LTD. I have escalated a complaing with PayPal. I also left a review on the Facebook page Flair-Frost. I notice I am the only one to complain so I am sure that will be removed. I also reported the page to Facebook . I did a PostCode check on their address but there are 2 companies under Unit G , Ming & Cainiao. I am not returning the items until I get a return slip. Has anyone received a refund or a receipt the return was accpted by them?

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered supposed hand crafted tree ornaments. They're photos of an animal inside a bubble and stuck onto cheap plastic. The type you'd expect free in a Christmas cracker. Do not buy I feel conned

I purchased a Christmas decoration but got sent a photograph of the decoration printed on a piece of plastic. Very cheap and nasty.
This must be illegal. Avoid this at all costs.

i have emailed this company customer service team as I brought an item that i would like to return as its cheap and looks awful why i brought from them is beyond me
they will not provide a address for which the parcel can be sent back to and offered me £6 in compensation which i do not want. they are refussing to budge on this does anyone know what i can do this has been going on since the 13th November thanks

Items were not at all like the advertised product and they were extremely poor quality.
Incredibly bad customer service, not the slightest bit interested and VERY hard to contact.
I would urge you to avoid this company and beware of their misleading adverts and product photos
