Bought a bag that they overcharged me for and then when it arrived it was nothing like the photos and was actually a cheap handmade item that smelt vile. Avoid at all costs, complete scam

PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY! They are total scammers! If only I had read the reviews before trying to make a purchase. They took more money than authorised plus I still haven’t received my item!

Simple awful! Ordered something in November and it still hasn't arrived. Also, they do not respond to emails. AVOID!

Ordered an under eye concealer. Check out was about £12 something, went on to PayPal it told me they took £14.40. I emailed them and asked why and asked for them to refund me the £2,44 back. They did. Then they tried to take an extra £2.68 out of my account. I had phoned my bank and blocked them so they cannot access it anymore. I also checked my PayPal and I was some how signed up to a foreign car part website. Which they was about to start to take mo they payments out of starting this month. I canceled that asap. When I questioned PayPal about this they said it’s because I used flair frost website so it automatically sigend me up 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

If you have used this website please check your PayPal to make sure they haven’t signed you up to some dodgy website. Also my product arrived today. But will deffo no be using this website again

They take more money than the invoice total, avoid these scammers!

when i paid for the tallow face cream, I become aware that this was a scam company. They took more from my bank account then printed on the invoice, and i should of read the reviews. {this is actually stealing}
Do not buy from this company. I will be reporting them to the FDA and i do not understand how the web site is still up with all the bad reviews that this scam company ha had. I also will be seeing if i can receive my money back....

In early October I paid Flair-Frost for a pair of reading glasses. I have not received the item I paid for. I have emailed them numerous times but they refuse to make a refund or send a replacement item. They blame Royal Mail and suggest it is my problem to sort out. I have explained to them my buyers rights which they choose to ignore.

If I could give no stars I would this person Flair Frost if that’s her name stole 52.18 on the 19th Jan from a pensioner and I can’t get it back I bought nothing DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ..

Charged more than the order total. Now reading the reviews doubt we’ll be receiving anything. Charged back through the bank.

000000 is what I want to put they stated a price paid through PayPal that price and then they added vat so from £28 they took £34 told them to cancel after 1min of ordering and they emailed saying already dispatched wta! and now no contact tracking doesn't work. so went to PayPal and sent all evidence to be told we are closing claim they have done nothing wrong so now I'm going to Amex! says UK and .co.uk NO ITS CHINA DO NOT BUY!

I have just resent them an email and now got this!! PROVES THERE FRAUD.

Ordered 2 translators for Christmas gifts and goods never were delivered

I have ordered a book from these people yesterday,asked for standard delivery so the book was £12.99 delivery £3.99 which comes to £16.98 and they have taken £20.84 and looking at reviews they seem to be a scam company and I cannot get in touch with them

Ordered 3d ornaments, 2d plastic crap delivered, refused to give a refund.....total scam, you live and learn....🤬🤬🤬🤬

Wanted to cancel my order within 1 min as flair frost took more than they should have from
My Apple Pie and more than the goods. They would not let me cancel saying the order had been dispatched. Utter rubbish. Disappointed also that hoods have arrived and the paper in the book is so so thin and lacks quality.
Scammers springs to mind although they said it was a technical error which having now read other reviews it has happened to other buyers.

Less than awful experience with this company- I ordered an advent calender with them never arrived countless emails where can we report this awful company ??? Do no use !!!!!

Zero stars. I bought ear phones which the website claimed was translators and it turned out to be FAKE devices. It has never worked. It took full three months to arrive.
It’s been three weeks and now and even after repeated requests they have not sent me the return address. They have offered me refund of 2£ for a DUD product that cost me 32£.
I request every one to boycott this website. Please don’t get duped. They are on Instagram too. Cheats

Ordered a calendar to arrive by Christmas. It arrived after Christmas. It looked nothing like the advertisement. After continuous emails, all they offered me was a pound!!!!
Also the tracking was all lies. Unless my calendar did start in America and then travelled to China and then the uk! Do not buy from these people
