I’m with a few agencies, but honestly this is the only one that consistently feels truly professional, friendly and well organised. The communication is always great and the booking system makes picking up shifts really easy and stress free.

I’ve also made some really lovely connections and friendships through the events I’ve worked on, which has made the experience even more rewarding.

I first worked with FLAIR in 2018 on a zero-hours basis. I moved to a full-time role in 2019 and paused bookings for nearly six years. In early 2025, I rejoined and informed the team of my return. From there, the onboarding and booking process was smooth and supportive. The team introduced me to the events I applied for, and I appreciated how well the staff managed bookings at each event. The payment system is excellent: end-of-week hours worked, Monday email with hours, Wednesday payslip, and Friday payment. I’ve recommended FLAIR to many friends, and even my son has worked with them. Flair remains the best agency I’ve worked with in over two decades in catering and events. Great quality and very easy to work with

Working with Flair has been great. More so considering we're abroad and they arranged everything on a very short notice. The quality of their staff has been superb and so their assistance during the whole production of the event.

We hired event staff for our wedding, which we had at our family home this September 2025, through Flair and from start to end (and even on the day itself) they were superb. The Flair staff just get the work done. They are hard working, don't waste time and do each role to the highest standard. We provided Flair with varied roles, including an aid station. This was the first time we had used agency to run an IRONMAN aid station. They did a great job. Some of the staff in particular were so enthusiastic that IRONMAN staff came to let me know. The team leaders Flair provide are also extremely responsible people and can be trusted.
