no returns
i ordered three pairs of sunglasses - thinking i'll try them on at home - i live in berlin - thinking of course like it is the law for any online retailer - i could send the ones that don't fit or suit me back. - but by their terms and conditions - this shop excludes any returns. don't buy there if you're not 100% sure the merchandise will fit you!!!!!

Damaged sunglasses that didn't arrive on time
The sunglasses didn't arrive on time. They then sent a replacement 1st class. When the glasses arrived they had a twisted frame. Asked for my money back.

In regards to the late delivery, we aim to send all order out within processing time (24 hours), once dispatched, delivery of the package is out of our hands but we understand how frustrating late deliveries are.

10/10 service - SIIIIICCKCKKCKCKCKCK GLASSES
I would ( and have) recommend using Flame Lily for your retro sunglasses needs. The glasses are beautifully designed and arrived promptly.
The Staff and customer support teams genuinely want their customers to fall in love with their products and its clear by any correspondence with them.
I will 100% bee ordering another pair from them as I've had sooo many complements on the first pair I got.
