We’ve used Flamenca cars a couple of times. They were waiting for us at the exit. Took us straight to the car and showed us around it. Their service is excellent from start to finish. Already booked our next car. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. Fantastic

Used Flamenca cars for over 2 years now, head and shoulders above the other hire car companies I used previously.

Nothing is too much trouble for them, customer focused entirely. Highly recommended.

All paperwork done online before I travelled to Murcia, picked up clean Citroen C3 from San Javier depot after being picked up by Kath in Lis Alcazares, lovely staff, no bullshite talk and on returning the car to San Javier depot Kath drove me back to Lis Alcazares.
Cannot fault this company or staff.

This was our first time using flamenca cars. The whole process was straight forward and very easy from booking, to collecting the car and then returning it. All of the paperwork was clear and easy to understand. The car was clean and in excellent condition. During our stay we had a delay to our flight, the Flamenca cars representative was very accommodating in allowing us to amend our drop off day and time at very short notice. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again the next time.

Highly recommended. So easy to use. Met staff in concourse and was on the road in about 5 mins. All very straightforward with absolutely no hidden extras. The car we had was a full spec Citroen C4 with 95k however felt like a brand new car (with less dents and scratches than a brand new 1k Nissan Micra I had in the summer from Hertz). Don't be fooled by the big hire car companies in Spain who are now truely on the rip-off-the-public bandwagon.

Great staff. So easy to use and return unlike the garbage you have to endure from other "reputable" hire car companies that try and rinse you for every penny. Give these guys a try. I guarantee you'll be back. Superb. My pick up was Murcia Corvera airport but they also do Alicante. I hope they have the support to he able to expand other Spanish airports. Guy K, Leicestershire.

This company is FANTASTIC having read some of the dreadful reviews of the other companies at Corvera airport I cancelled a booking I had made and trusted the positive reviews that Flamenca cars had. It cost more than the previous booking but my goodness it was worth it. Apart from tyres all insurance is included in the price, no add ons at the airport. Flamenca representative was waiting and we were out of the airport 5 minutes later in our SEAT car, all was well until the last day of our visit when disaster struck, literally. That car was parked in the hotel car park when the GOTA FRIA hit, the torrential rains broke through the flood defences and we woke at 4.30am to the fire alarm going off because the power had failed. There was a river where the road had been, we went down staircase to the garage to find water up to the level of the door handle. The electric doors on the garage were out due to the power failure so no chance of saving the car. By 8 am the water and mud were up to the ceiling and our rental car was submerged. We were due to return the car at the airport that morning, our flight was cancelled and all the surrounding roads were closed. I rang Flamenca to explain and they themselves were in shock and some of their staff had had their homes flooded and their property lost but they were still trying to help out their clients who had arrived before the airport closed. We eventually flew home the next day when the airport reopened leaving the keys to our destroyed rental car at the hotel reception. The hotel is now closed until January due to the damage and three weeks later our rental car is still buried under the remaining mud and debris. Yesterday I rang Flamenca cars and spoke to a lovely lady who spoke excellent English, I wanted to find out what happened to the car, she told me and then said that her home was flooded and when we were checking the car at 4 am she was desperately sweeping the flood water out of her home and trying to save her belongings. She has now had to move out.
Whilst we were there we purchased a property on the same resort that we were staying in so we will be regular visitors, every time we go we will rent a car from Flamenca cars, they have not tried to hold us responsible for the loss of the car (in fact they lost at least 3 cars that night) they are a family run company who are fair and honest. Please support them by using their services, you will not be disappointed and if the worst happens they will not be charging your credit card without your permission.

We have been renting cars in Spain (Alicante/Murcia region) for 9 years and without a doubt Flamenca Cars are simply the best car rental company! They make the whole process so simple and straight forward with no hidden costs! The price you're quoted is genuinely the price you pay!
Unlike some car rental companies who rip you off with huge bills Flamenca Cars are completely transparent with prices.
The service is excellent, friendly and very professional. They will go the extra mile to help a Customer!

Cannot speak highly enough of this car hire company. The service we received was second to none. Excellent customer service that helped with every aspect of our hire car requirements even down to helping with my specifications for car seats for my 2 children. So so helpful. Get back to you straight away with any questions. Everything included in the price so no concerns about being ripped off with insurance excesses that other companies charge. We had a few flight time changes and it was no issue. We will definitely use Flamenca Cars again and will recommend to others.

Least stress ever hiring a car, airport pickup/drop-off a breeze. Very good price, nice Citroën C3, good instant communication with office via WhatsApp and friendly staff. When we return to Spain, Flamenca Cars will be first port of call for our holiday wheels.

Excellent company. Forget searching for the cheapest car hire. They never are what with hidden charges, insurance and deposits.
Flamenca cars offer good cars at a guaranteed price. You are met in the arrival lounge, escorted to your car and you’re away in minutes. Just as simple on the return trip. Highly recommended

Very impressed, first time hired a car abroad and I thought it would take ages doing paperwork and the car would be basic. Really happy how friendly your staff where and how easy it was to pick up the car, get the keys and off you go. The car was well above the standard we were expecting (and the Sat Nav helped a lot). We will be coming out quite regularly now, so will friends and family and this is the only company we will recommend. Cheers.

Excellent service! Very friendly, respond promptly to messages, good clean car, hire & return process is straightforward. 'Extra charges' policy is simple - you only pay for damage to tyre / key fob or if you don't refuel ('full to full').

The main reason for our 5* review is the way Flamenca staff helped to solve what could have been a big problem with our hire.
Due to confusion when the new airport in Murcia opened, our car wasn't where we thought we were picking it up. Within a few minutes of 'Lucy' spotting the issue she had come up with a solution to get us to our car at the time planned.

Best we have used without exception.

Excellent company. Easy to book. Great prices. Met at airport with a spotless/almost new car. No need to queue, no need to leave a large deposit. On our return we were met by the same friendly gentleman; just handed over the keys and straight into the departures area. Full-Full fuel policy, so we refilled the car just down the road from the airport. Will definitely be using regularly and recommending to others in our group.

We have used this company twice now. Second time there was a small issue when we had trouble contacting the guy on returning the car but all resolved in time for flight.

Overall good company not over expensive and we will use again.
