We recently had a beautiful new fire fitted by Flames Fireplaces Ltd and we were very pleased with the overall experience. From start to finish the whole team were fantastic, from taking the time to help us choose the perfect fire for our home to the faultless installation to recommendations for aftercare.

Fantastic customer service, efficient, reliable and professional. I posted my job to repair my gas fire on Checkatrade and other platforms and was struggling to get responses. Flames responded so I called then & they booked me in for job & explained their pricing policy. On day of job I called to check time of engineer arrival & they checked & called me back straight away with an approx time. The engineer arrived on time and was very professional, clean job & explained what he had done and fixed my fire! I was so impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Thank you 😃

The team at the shop and the fitters are all welcoming, informative and friendly. The installation was well organised with every fit and finish detail faultless.

Flames fireplaces have been excellent in their advice and service. We had our fireplace retrofitted according to Flames fireplaces recommendations to meet the the current fire regulations. They provided continual support to us and our our buidlers to make sure the retrofit for opening up the chimney was done correctly. Finalyy they came in and installed a new liner, the cowel and most importantly the fire. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we recieved, truly first class and highly recommended!

I ordered a fireplace suite and delivery from Flamerite was delayed but Paul kept me informed every step of the way. When the suite was delivered, the workmen were exemplary. They took my old fire out and installed the new one very quickly and carefully, cleaned up and took away all the packaging. Flames are a great company to do business with.

Flames fitted me with a new boiler today. I left them a key for access as I know they are trustworthy. I was dreading the work as I struggle with OCD and hate mess.
I arrived home to find no mess at all. They take care of your property, and the job was professionally completed.

Tried ringing, no answer. emailed twice through their website before Christmas and again last week. No response. Asking simplistic question do they service solid fuel burners and cost. Obviously don't monitor the emails.

Very professional company who gave good advice on the fires and fireplaces we were interested in. Everyone we dealt with in the showroom and admin provided an excellent service. The fitters worked hard were professional and completed the work to a high standard. Overall we are very pleased we chose Flames.

Can thoroughly recommend Flames. Totally professional from initial site visit, quotation, installation and commissioning of a log burner. The Flames team were so friendly and helpful. Nigel and Sam the installers were very efficient and they ensured no dust or mess by covering all furniture etc at the outset. Both a credit to themselves and the Company.

We have very recently had a gas stove fitted. The whole experience from going to the show room to the end of the job has been a seamless process, we were communicated with regularly and kept updated. Jean was friendly and courteous, excellent customer service.
The work was carried out professionally and Nigel regularly checked I was ok with what was going on and placement of hearth and shelf. Left the area clean and tidy.
We are very satisfied with the job and absolutely love our new fireplace and fire.

We arranged for 7 new radiators to be ordered and fitted - to match a new one put in by our builders.
The correct radiators arrived on the day arranged and the team of Adam/Gary/Jacob removed the old ones and fitted the new ones expertly and with the minimum of disruption. They arrived on time and cleaned up all the rubbish and re-balanced the system before leaving. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Flames for any gas related work.

Recently had our old gas fire and fireplace replaced by Flames with a new wall mounted electric fire. We are extremely pleased with the work that was carried out from the initial survey right up to installation. The guys that fitted the fire were polite and friendly. All work was completed on time and all the mess was cleaned up! Definitely recommend Flames.

Ian was very helpful in Knowle showroom after looking at fireplaces and electric fires in other places. Came out to measure to get exact replacement for original surround and gas coal effect fire . Fitters made a really good job of removing old and installing new bath stone and flamerite electric fire. Would recommend.

We received an excellent service from first walking into Flames Fireplaces Ltd. showroom to the final touches on completion of work. The team were all experienced, knowledgeable, courteous and patiently guided us through the process. Everything happened when we were told it would and within the timescale we were given. The chimney, oak mantle and gas stove were all built/fitted exactly as agreed.

Great service from start to finish. Very helpful advice in the Knowle showroom followed by a (free) home survey and quote same day.
Fire was delivered and installed earlier than expected. Andrew & Nigel were really good fitters. Very friendly and efficient and respected our home by covering all the furniture and tidied up completely afterwards. They also took the time to walk us through the operation of our new fire and answer our questions.
I think it's fair to say Flames are a little more pricey than other fire suppliers but you really do get what you pay for. Very happy with our new fire and would definitely recommend them.

I have dealt with Flames on several occasions and their service and expertise is very high level. They are very well organised. The fitting team is technically very competent and does very clean and smart installations with the minimum of fuss. I highly recommend Flames.

From quote to installation I cannot fault these guys! They gave advice from the start and answered all our questions. When it came to the installation the guys were friendly professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend Flames Fireplaces.
