Same order every fortnight for 4 years. Tonight lady on phone can't find our postcode or address(2 streets from them). Chase food when overdue and first told we didn't answer phone. Phone number they'd logged from their system was incorrect - then changed to the driver had been here and our door bell doesn't work. Didn't try knocking on the window then? Funny as rest of food was delivered from another takeaway and they managed to operate the door bell. Got aggressive and called me a liar. If they couldn't care less about the customer. Dread to think how little they care about the food.
