Solid Service, Solid materials

I'm a prop manufacturer and Teo and the team have been wonderful to work with. The team have been communicative and clear will go the extra mile.

Cannot rate FNG highly enough

I cant rate Flames 'N Games high enough, they have been my go to for all my juggling equipment for the past few years! They have always got the best prices and the customer service has been fantastic each time. I recently bought myself a new fire hoop and a set of juggling balls from them and i love them both!
Had a bit of an issue with the assembly of the hoop but the guys at fng were quick to help me out. Thanks again FNG!

Impressed and so helpful

Ordered items as a present and was kinda ordering blind! Got a missed call then a helpful text from the company and I asked had I ordered what made sense 🤣. They came back and said absolutely And and all items arrived two days later, correct and accounted for. I would recommend, helpful and communication was excellent. Products are fab and I think the girl will love them. Thanks for all your help, so appreciated.

Messed up order and substandard juggling balls

Two out of four sets of juggling balls that I ordered were incorrect. In addition they were all of inconsistently poor quality, some only partially full and saggy, and others full but strangely shaped, like off-centre cubes. I emailed the company immediately and received no response. This was over a month ago, so I don’t expect they plan to ever respond.

Received my order next day

Great smiles all round! Thank you FNG team, once again i received my order fast (next day!) And im delighted with it.
This time i thought I’d treat myself to a new travel hula hoop which i love. The quality of the hoop is exceptional and its pretty easy to fold/unfold.
I would happily recommend this company to anyone i know :) I’ll soon be back for more goodies..

Order hasn't arrived

I ordered items for Xmas and birthdays (birthday now gone) and I haven't received the items and no emails phone calls or social media messages have been ignored I'm now going to cancel payments and order from another site to avoid 2 little disappointed girls

Awful

Awful. Every item in my order was incorrect, each item was either the cheapest, incorrect version of what I had ordered or wrong and damaged. Not one of my emails, social media messages or phone calls was ever answered. Serious lack of standards or integrity with these rip off merchants. Many fellow performers and hobbyists I know have had bad experiences with them. Avoid at all costs. My bank and PayPal are currently refunding me.

Agreed refund not provided

I bough two items, the second to replace the first, it was supposedly guaranteed that the first would be refunded when ordering the second. However I have not been refunded even though I posted the item back to them, as per their instructions. Furthermore atttempts to make contact with the company have been ignored once the subject of a refund has been mentioned.

Untrustworthy Company with shady practices

Firstly I ordered a fire staff and that purchase was smooth. I then ordered a couple of spare wicks and a carry bag for the staff, plus devil sticks and flower sticks, I received one wick and a "defective bag" and no flower sticks or devil sticks, and so reached out to customer service via their live chat. No response at all even after days. Tried Facebook messenger but it was never looked at. Tried email no answer. Eventually I got a response from them on Instagram and offered what seemed like decent and fast resolutions, but we're merely veiled attempts to get me to edit or remove my earlier review, which I stupidly did. They did refund me for the sticks and resent me the wick and new bag, but they also promised to send me the sticks still for free as a sign of good faith as they were a gift and needed for the time they were due. So I edited my review, when I received my refund I ordered a double burner fire staff from them too, after the person I spoke to seemed so nice and helpful. So since then I've had no sticks sent, my staff is due tomorrow but not even a confirmation email yet, I've messaged back and tried calling and it's all being ignored. They are too untrustworthy and have no customer service, please avoid.

Terrible service and terrible customer…

Terrible service and terrible customer service. ... have not recieved my items. Over £87 spent... endless emails and countless phone calls.. the answer i did get one time was agreed to send me a replacement as it was "lost" by fedex...
Sent another few emails and called constantly for 30 mins to no avail... items still not been sent by them or recieved.. they clearly do not want your money.
Now trying to settle through paypal. Nightmare. Dont bother.. wish i had read the other reviews before ordering.. will go back to my old suppiler.

Customer service???

I really want to be able to update this review to 5 stars but right now I'm unhappy with the service. I ordered a very expensive LED diabolo kit which arrived promptly, only to be missing the LED components. I have been ringing constantly and there has been no answer, nor to my emails and Facebook messages. My next step is to contact my credit card company, but let's hope I get a response today. As it stands, I'm going to have a slightly bemused and disappointed birthday boy tomorrow.

My experience with Flames N Games was…Brilliant

My experience with Flames N Games was second to none. They explained how to work out the size Juggling ball for the person's hand size that planed to use them. After ordering them they came the next day in excellent packaging. Not much more I can say about a company who looks after their customers well.

Complained about a really bad product...

Bought a really bad product (Flype), no biggie but I wrote to them because it is so bad. The response was as DOA as the product I had bought: "thanks for feedback, my manager will tell our supplier". *Since review, was offered an unspecified small discount against against a future purchase, but despite enquiring received no further communication about that.

I'm updating previous review having…

I'm updating previous review having received wrong items (hoola hoop). At first I couldn't get through to customer services on phone and my email wasn't responded to, but the next day my call was picked up by a pleasant and helpful and efficient representative who helped initiate the refund process. I now have to complete processing the refund and once I have received my refund I will update and add stars as necessary.

I didn’t get thru on phone but received refund in a timely manner therefore I upped the stars to 4 stars.

These guys are brilliant!

These guys are brilliant!! Products are a great price, delivery is quick and customer service is just wonderful. I needed to amend an order after I'd placed it, and the speed of email response was really speedy and the people who emailed me were very helpful and friendly.
I'll be using them all the time for any of my juggling orders.

Item not recieved.

My brother is difficult to buy for, so when he eventually sent his birthday list, I ordered straight away (18th Feb 2021). Paid through paypal and went with standard delivery, as I figured it would arrive on time (for the 25th Feb) and next day delivery is twice the price.
Well, my brothers birthday has been and gone and my items have yet to arrive.

After a quick phone call, turns out my order had been cancelled or put on hold, until my paypal payment went through (which it did 3 days later, as stated on PP website). Apparently paypal do not let the website know, once funds have cleared. Which I find hard to believe. Now one of the items is out of stock.

I got a refund and now need to find the items else where. My poor brother not only couldn't celebrate his birthday as normal (lockdown life) but is missing two presents from his sister!!

Outstanding service

I ordered a 100cm hula hoop. It was delivered on time, and excellent quality but I had a little problem. I contacted the company via email and Jeorgia at customer services was wonderful. Above and beyond service! Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
