Didn't receive my box after 1 month of waiting, emailed to ask for an update to only receive a short response to say it had been shipped weeks ago...

We are Random Lifestyle Vlog - a Cosmetics Lifestyle and Beauty channel on Youtube! We review Flaming Licks on a regular basis and we must honestly say they are brilliant! We get a lot of fun and joy from unboxing their subscription boxes and the sauce selection is always brilliant! They also have great customer service!

If like me you were looking for a 'Hot Sauce Subscription' as it states on the front page of their website (with a photo of 3 bottles of hot sauce) then I urge you to look elsewhere. I naively signed up expecting some unique hot sauces when instead I received jam and spicy ketchup. I've since cancelled and it's now 5 days and counting that I've yet to receive a response from customer service. Save yourself a headache and swerve these like the plague!

Bought as a gift for someone else, apparently the produce is nice, but the customer service is terrible. The only way to cancel the subscription is by email. I emailed my cancellation request in July and received an acknowledgement by reply. Boxes continued to be sent and the subscription was never cancelled. Had to email twice more before it was cancelled, and they are refusing to refund me for the months charged after they failed to cancel it. No apology or acknowledgement that they made any error, and waiting for days between replies. Mistakes happen, but the response has not been acceptable.

The best sub box hands down, excellent quality products, always delivered on time and so far (7/8 boxes in) no repeat items. Cannot recommend these guys enough if you are into hot sauces :)

My hubby loves these boxes n I love to get them for him because they are filled with unique items you can't get anywhere around here

My boyfriend absolutely loved this for Valentines Day. He cannot wait for the next box to arrive. Great value for money and amazingly packaged.

Game changer. Can’t believe I didn’t join sooner

I have been a member of Flaming Licks for a few month now and could not be happier.
Every two months ( I opted for the bimonthly) I receive a box of delights... always a snack, and some quality sauces/marinades/relishes... its a pleasent surprise each time.

I have only been a member for three months but I love the stuff they send out the the members as most of the stuff the post are stuff I have never seen before. The staff are very helpful as well. If you love spicy stuff you should join up as it's the best spicy product subscription box

These guys never disappoint. Always bringing quality chilli products to every box. Customer service second to none. True awesomeness to your door every single month.

Where to start....

I’ve been with Flaming Licks since it’s inception and I have never had a poor experience.

Each month there is a great selection of chilli products differing from Hot (XXXX) chilli sauce, snacks, condiments, sweets....the list goes on!

The team listen to the customers and have listened to subscribers over the years to evoke into the product we have now.

I cannot recommend this enough to for those that enjoy spice!

I get a Flaming Licks box delivered to my door every 2 months. So far they have been excellent. I have enjoyed the sauces, chutney's, snacks and recipe cards that come and always look forward to the next box turning up on my doorstep. I have particularly enjoyed the Seance and Saucy B##ch sauces!!

We bought it for my son and the whole family gets to enjoy it too!

Fantastic webstore and excellent customer service! The Flaming Licks team have always responded quickly to my queries and they are very friendly and happy to help. The range of hot sauces and chilli products is huge, and the team really seem to share our passion for all things spicy! I have been the recipient of their chilli subscription box for a good few years now (2 years bought as a gift for me, and since I have been buying it as a Xmas gift for my partner) and I highly recommend it! We often end up buying more of the products received in the box from the store, plus the Sidekick (Flaming Licks own hot sauce brand) Aged Scotch Bonnet sauce is one of our absolute favourites - we always have a bottle on the go!

Bought a subscription for Xmas for my brother who regularly claims there is nothing too spicy for him. He was excited to get his first box, loves it, and 'chastened' is probably the best description of how he feels about the level of spice which is EXACTLY what I was aiming for. Good experience all round!
