While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. What I did not expect is how many games are unavailable rather than simply absent. You click a tile, it opens, and a message says this game cannot be played in your region. That has happened maybe fifteen times in a month. If it cannot be played, do not put it in my lobby with a picture and a play button on it.
the bit that annoys me is the emails
the bit that annoys me is the emails. i set a time out for two weeks, which was easy enough to do, credit where its due. during those two weeks i got four emails. new games, a tournament, a reload offer and a we miss you one on the last day. i know theyre allowed to. i just think if somebody presses the button marked stop, maybe stop.

Emailed about a deposit bonus that never credited. Three days later a reply said the offer required a minimum of £25 and mine was £20. Which is true, and which the email that sent me the offer did not say. That email said deposit today and get 50 per cent extra, with a button. The £25 condition was behind the button, in a table, seven rows down.

I signed up ten days ago on the strength of the offer and I have spent more time in the help centre than in the lobby, which was not what I had in mind.

My deposit limit shows as a figure with no indication of how much of it I have used, so the only way to know is to add the transactions up by hand.

everything before the first withdrawal is smooth. registration, deposit, games, all of it. the moment money needs to travel the other way the whole thing turns into a series of departments.

what i keep coming back to is that the site is clearly capable. the deposit goes through in seconds. the games load. the app knows exactly when to send me a notification about a tournament. so the technology isnt the problem. its that all of that speed and attention points one direction and none of it points at the account page, the payout queue or the complaints inbox.
Six months
Six months, a few hundred pounds in and out, nothing dramatic in either direction. If somebody asked me what is actually wrong I would struggle to point at one thing. It is that every interaction beyond playing a game takes three times longer than it should and finishes with someone telling me to wait. The games work. Everything around the games is where it falls apart, and that turns out to matter more than I expected.
