Exceptional service from Frida
When I first placed my order, I was a little sceptical after learning that the production would take place in China.
However, Frida quickly reassured me with her helpfulness, attentiveness, and prompt responses to all my questions and requests.
From the very beginning through to the final delivery, Frida provided excellent support.
I’m very pleased with the product and the craftsmanship, it is precise and exactly what I ordered.
While I did notice that the colour appears slightly different in person compared to how it looked on screen, I cannot fault the quality of the product received.
Since that first order, we have now placed four orders in total, and I’m proud to say that I’ve found my supplier.
Great job to Flashbay, and a special thank you to Frida for her attentiveness, patience, and assistance throughout the entire process.
