I have not even recieved my goods yet
I have not even recieved my goods yet. Order was extremely slow to process and send out. 1 week after ordering I was told my item was kot in stock (presumably it was in stock when I made the order but they sold the last one to some one else). I have bought so often from them and had no issues but this time it had been a mess.

Delivery time and communication
Delivery time on the website was four days. It ended up being six weeks. I asked for an update after two weeks and got no reply.

It is correct, that we did not answer your mail, but that was because we have phoned you - more times, and given you more telephone messages in order, that we could deliver and get more details about that delivery, that our supplier could not deliver in time.
It is the same thing this week, where I have called you four times and given you 2 telephone messages. But you dont call back. And you dont answer.
Even though Trustpilot - which you endeed do use for communication, says that the purpose of using Trustpilot is communication.
So we are sory, that our supplier could not deliver in time, but please remind that it is difficult to give you notice, when you dont receive and answer any messages.
