Participating in FlashHub Coaching was one of the best business decisions that I have made in recent years. Before making this decision, I’d had Manuel on my radar for almost 1 year. In hindsight, I regret not starting sooner. I am the founder of a digital marketing agency and I used to work 60-70 hours a week. My days were rather chaotic and stressful....

Manuel´s program offers a great amount of actually usable information on how to scale your agency.

The program has detailed information on what you need to achieve it, and how to achieve it.

In addition, you get support live twice a week from Manuel and from other peers in the program.

I joined the Flash Hub program because I had had enough of trying to balance the number of clients and the number of employees. We would either have too many clients but not enough people to serve them or vice versa. I had also had enough of having to jump in delivery to put out fires myself.

I started with the FlashHub Masterclass about 4 months ago. The whole stuff is very well structured. Manuel really knows, how to engage you in the weekly videocalls and hold you accountable. He helps you, to find the right approach to your business.

As much as I learned from Manuel himself, I really enjoyed listening to other agency owners and to learn from their problems and questions and Manuels suggestions to them as well.

I think we all know how it often goes online. You see an advertisement on Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram that appeals to you. Especially as an agency owner or a one-man business, you want to get your structure in order to do your job better and to grow.

I'm not someone who often looks at advertisements online, only Manuel's stuck out. I decided to give it a chance because even if it's just one thing, it's certainly not a bad investment to learn something new.

When I started watching Manuel's videos, a whole new world opened up for me, and I mean it. Much of it sounded familiar to me, but he explained it in such a structured way that I could also reflect it on my own business.
