From customer service perspective, Flatbike was extremely responsive, and went out of its way to make choosing/purchasing my bike an informed and effortless experience. And after using it for over a month now, I can safely say that the bike has exceeded all my expectations from a quality perspective as well. It is a sturdy & swift ride at a tremendous price/value ratio, and I can't wait for my next trip!

Shipping to Europe was fast, and well packaged. Folding & pedal instructions were crystal clear.

This is our second flat bike kit. We keep our e-bikes in our RV when we travel and the kit saves us so much room!

Very excited to eventually ride this bike as it will be coming with me on my upcoming deployment. I reached out to the company a few months ago to inquire if they had any bikes in stock since the webpage indicated everything was sold out. The owner got back to me quickly and said he had a single XL frame bike in stock. After several emails back and forth he added it to the webpage page so I could purchase. That’s what I call customer service. I just got the bike a few days ago and I didn’t want to fully unpack it, but my preliminary inspection of the bike has exceeded my expectations. It looks awesome and it’s going to see a lot of miles downrange.

**Update** Finally got a 100+ miles on my Century and I love it. It's the perfect bike for this deployment.

The pedals are of high quality and seems it will last for a long time.
Experienced some delay in delivery because of a courier issues, big thanks to Bob who is always fast to reply to my queries and for his decisive response to the issue that occurred.

It’s easy to recommend everyone to buy from them.
The also asked if I really want the delivery with fed ex and not the cheaper parcel service.
I reserved my package after one week to Japan.

This is a bike worthy for me to take with me when I ride my Ural motorcycle with sidecar. Strong, easy to fold and transportable when you have the right equipment. Thanks Bob you will be hearing soon. :-)

Great pedals, work really well on my folding bike to make it even easier to store

Flatbike was very responsive via email to answer my questions. While their store offers some great products, they weren't shy to recommend an alternative for an out-of-stock item. That earns my trust, and I expect to shop with them again for future biking needs.

Bob Forgrave is an outstanding human been. He was always available to provide me with the best customer service. He answered all and every one of my questions and concerns in each email or phone communication we had. He even went the extra mile to provide me with great tips and share his experiences not only about biking but about any other related topic.

I am glad with his assistance to help me decide which was the best bike and accessory like a safety product or lock that best fit my wants, needs, and my pocket.

I highly recommend Flatbike company and Bob Forgrave for the excellent customer experience I had, I am still having, and for those experiences I will still have with Flatbike and Mr. Forgrave in the future as well.

Product looks great and will certainly fill the bill for the folding bike. Delivery via airmail was prompt and timely, pity Aus Post took a week to cover the last 300ks.

I placed an order for a set of Tannus tire inserts for my bike and received just the inserts without the specialty tubes required for these inserts. I can't find tubes in the unusual size required. What am I supposed to do now?

My experience with Flatbike has been very pleasant overall. Due to the high sales volume in late Jan 2021, it took a couple of weeks between ordering and actually receiving the bike. When I ordered the bike I left a note to Flatbike praising the color coordination, and the Flatbike went out of its way to satisfy my need. I am very grateful for that.

Packaging, shipment tracking, and delivery were all excellent. I waited several months to give this review because I wanted to ride the bike a few more times before commenting. The bike rides great, and the folding mechanism works very well. If you read the blog in Flatbike's website, you will see that their bikes were developed with considerable thought, testing, and checking. (I bought a "Century road bike"). I think Flatbike offers high value considering the quality of the bike (high quality components & light-weight package), the easy folding mechanism, and price. I have not yet used Flatbike's technical support, but I heard that it was great from other reviews. Overall, I will definitely recommend this company to others!

I received my Flatten Your Bike Kit very quickly and they were exactly as described on their website. The Pop Off Pedals were easy to install and work perfectly as did the thin stem for the handlebars. I would recommend these products.

From the first email response I received from Flatbike when I was researching my purchase, to my first ride on my new Change 811, my experience with this company and their products has been of the highest quality. I recommend them highly. If you want to love your new bike and love the experience of buying your new bike, go with Flatbike.

Bought a set of flat pop-off pedals. Good instructions and seem to be just what we wanted. Haven't used them much yet, but expect them to work fine. The prime purpose in purchasing these is to make it easier and more compact to transport our bikes inside of our Grand Caravan. To do this, we remove the quick release front wheels and turn the handle bars 90 degrees. This leaves the pedals as the only significant obstruction. The pop-off pedals solve that problem.
