From the first interaction through to completion the clarity in communication stood out. We used the US company formation service and the experience was seamless. The fixed-fee model gave me confidence and transparency so I never had to worry about hidden costs or surprise invoices. If you’re looking for a service partner that works diligently and gives you full control of the process this is one to consider.

Worse company ever. Do NOT go with them unless you want to screw yourself. We paid them to open for us a Mexican company and paid the expedited fee which was supposed to take 5 weeks. Long story short, after 22 weeks there are still no updates and last actual update was about 4 months ago. The communication is extremely poor, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to get a response and multiple follow ups. They cannot care less about you and your order and despite more than 100 follow ups since 5 months ago there have been no updates and they kept coming back with a different excuse one after the other. As a 9 figure entrepreneur, selling globally in more than 40 countries, and having worked and used countless services in different areas, this is the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire business career (trust me, I have seen it all - and this has been by far the worst experience of my life).

As a vendor working with FlatFee I feel incredibly well-supported with all the support I have received while performing tasks for clients. The system used to track progress, documents and communications is easy to learn and use. And if I ever have questions about a particular project there is always someone available to give me solid direction to make sure the client receives the service they are expecting. A great way to use my expertise and experience from my career in the corporate world to make some extra income working from home. Makes me feel like I am a client as well!

Requested a company incorporation in Canada. Presale there was plenty of support. Post sale it has been a very difficult process and now radio silence from them. Countless emails and contact gone unanswered. This has had a huge financial effect on our business.

Emails went unanswered for days, their telephones aren't available at all time, I finally asked them for a refund and they didn't respond nor they refunded me and they didn't provide the service that I paid for complete SCAM

Registering a trademark is a long and confusing process. Flatfee did a great job of getting our logo trademarked for a very competitive price. Additionally, they were always available to quickly help us with any questions we had.

When interfacing with this company, feedback is received relatively quickly and in a favorable manner. The responses received were largely useful and they were able to pinpoint our problems. This company allows attorneys working for them to file frivolous trademarks in the US for Chinese companies who are trying to abuse our trademark system. Evan Marshall Seale has filed a trademark for "Happy Camper" in the clothing category for an individual in China.
Filing frivolous trademarks is unethical, it jams up and slows down the USPTO for all citizens, wastes US tax payer dollars, and frivolous trademarks are harmful to small business owners in the United States who are trying to make products for consumers. This Chinese individual is simply trying to "corner the market" on common phrases and ideas that are legally considered decorative in nature (which does not qualify for a trademark) and do not properly represent a brand or an actual functioning company. The specimen provided by Mr. Huang in the filing (a fake tag on a blank shirt) makes it abundantly clear that this is not a brand name, this is just a ploy to keep other small businesses from using this phrase on their products. This is not why trademarks exist. They exist to help companies prevent brand confusion.

The idea for flat fee services sounds good, in theory, but Flat Fee should be turning away customers who ask them to do things that are unethical and harmful to others and should instruct the attorneys working for them not to file these types of trademarks.
