Dear Customer,

We would like to remind you once again that our offer also includes custom-made and made-to-measure products, which are excluded from exchange and return due to their individual nature. These terms and conditions form an integral part of our commercial agreement and have been communicated to you transparently to ensure that you were fully informed before making your purchase decision.

We have also offered you the option of returning the goods to us at your own expense. This option is still available to you, even if you have not yet used it. In accordance with the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), we would like to point out that the costs for a return are usually borne by the customer.

We hope for your understanding of these necessary regulations and will be happy to answer any further questions or clarifications you may have.

Best regards
