We recently stopped using FlatRateNow as plumbers as the software isn't user friendly and the quoting system isn't flexible at all (i.e. if you're doing multiple tasks for a customer, there's no way to give them a discount for doing more than one thing). Alot of the quotes were also going to client's junk. We've gone back to doing our quotes just on ServiceM8 and it's much more straight forward. It will be a good product when the issues are sorted out, but right now, not something I'd recommend. It is well over-priced for what it is.

We currently have 2 methods that are available to you for offering flexible pricing to your customers. You can utilise our Pricing Tier feature which allows you to change the pricing of individual tasks or you can use our Quote Adjustment feature which is used to change the total price of the quote. Both of these features offer a 'set' adjustment or a 'dynamic adjustment' which allows your tradies to adjust the price within set pricing limits.
The problem you raise about quotes going to your client's junk inbox was an issue we rectified recently. We released an improvement that significantly reduced the chance of emails being caught in the SPAM filter. Our existing users have noticed how much this has helped as well.
As for user-friendliness, I'd to understand what we can do to make it easier, or if training is the better solution!
We would love the chance to show you how you can utilise our pricing adjustment features to offer multi-task discounts.
