I signed up to use them and didn't bother in the end ....hidden charges and no way on website to cancel this so called subscription....they took 9.99 and then another 4.99.

The website also states there are no fees for signing up.....seems like a glitzy well produced scam

So I made an order with them and you pay on the day it gets sent out I paid Friday it’s now Monday and it still says awaiting picking I gave them a call but the number on the website is never available I’ve emailed to to have no response where’s my food or money??

Hardly any food and it's VERY expensive.
HELP o do not know HOW to cancel. No phone number or email address. I don't wanna pay for a site in which has only about 50 items of food in which I'm NOT GOING TO USE. I only signed up for YES catologue. I'm not sure if they have passed my bank details in. So I'm going to HAVE To CANCEL my card.

Signed up to see about geting a delivery slot for my vulnerable parents during the Coronavirus pandemic. Ended up not using the site - seemed expensive and very little options for grocerys.

But apparently theres a £9.99/month fee just for registering - Which is not made clear or even mentioned, when on the registration page - I wouldn't have carried on if it was, even promotes the "No Fees or extra Charges" as a benefit of using them!

Whats worrying is I'm Pretty sure I didnt even put my bank details in as I never attempted a purchase so I cancelled my account, requested all my details be removed immediately and raised a fraud concern with my bank, and requested my money be returned (Flava did say they would return it at time of writing this).

I'm sure the sites legit, but just be aware of hidden fees even if you don't actually buy anything!

You are under no obligation to pay £5 a month that's only if you want delivery faster and some member discounts
If you don't want to pay the £5 a month you don't choose that option and then every time you use it it'll cost £3.99 delivery and be delivered by a courier everything is well packaged and let's say if you spend £50 you can pay back £12.50 a week or £25 a fortnight or it all in one go at the end of the month, it's a new site there isn't that much choice yet but each month their range is getting better.

Very happy wth the 4 weekly payment option..staff on livechat have always been helpful..you don't have to sign up to membership if you dont want too but you get some cheap offers with membership

I’m lucky I’ve cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Firstly the person who I spoke to by email was quite rude. They charged me £3.99 extra on my invoice on first payment so I queried it. They said it was for membership as I had ordered straight away well I did order as soon as I opened account. The £3.99 was an introductory offer for delivery if I hadn’t signed up for membership, which I did do so I automatically qualified then for free delivery. The first question the person on the email asked was it £4.99 as £4.99 is the price for membership which on looking on the site cannot he seen anywhere apart from the very first screen u have after putting ur email address in so as for no hidden charges and fee is an absolute load of BS if these people are going to open these sites then maybe they need to put things important (fee or delivery) on show I’ve read terms and there is no where saying any of this information. It’s totally up to u if u want to sign up but just read how many people are not happy and don’t be as nieve as myself

Scam website. They charge you 5 pounds a month just to be a member then offer you groceries for sale at more expensive prices than the supermarkets.
