Customer service?
"Update, I got a replacement of the batteries a few days after the review. It was free of charge and they work fine. So, I have updated my 1 star review. The service when they came around was fine"
I got my order and the liquids seemed fine.
But got 4 batteries, where one can't be charged and the other three checks as empty when I try to use them after charging.
When I use same batteries of same brand in same equipment they work.
I have emailed the company and filled in the contact formula on website and in almost a week I haven't heard a single thing from them.
I have actually tried to use the formula twice. But second time I get a Google verification fault and can send it.
So, sorry. I am not at all satisfied with the purchase.
It is totally a waste of money for the batteries.
I get that the company is not at fault for getting a bad batch of batteries or they have been sitting to long on a shelf. But their lack of customer service is frustrating.
