Disappointing

Great reviews about customer service, so ordered two CBD vapes. Arrives next day, brilliant. Unfirtunately, one does not work at all! I emailed company immediately but no response whatsoever. Very disappointing.

REPLY.Still no replies, but still receiving other emails from this company :-( I look forward to receiving a replacement for the item that does not work.
