Total scam! Be aware this company is a con, take your money but then nothing gets delivered and what’s more emails are bouncing back when called their number some guy answered then hang up. BE AWARE!! Total SPAM!!!

Ordered mascara 5/2/23, no replies to emails or texts? All the same comments as everyone else - how can these scammers be allowed to get away with it?

Like everyone else, I wish I had read reviews first before parting with hard earned money. Nothing has arrived. Can’t contact them, emails bounce back, text messages go unanswered. Scammers.

Flawless cosmetics are scammers they also trade under the guise of Luxu London …. I bought foundation a while back , no sign of it no replies to my emails nor texts…they are still trading on Pinterest . I informed Pinterest of this scam they don’t seem to care… please be careful everyone…

Yes, it appears to be a scam. Website is now unavailable, emails bounce back. 4 weeks since order and still received or heard nothing. Ordered one pen for £20 and promised 4 free. If it sounds too good to be true - it definitely is. I was also duped by the fact that it stated Royal Mail first class delivery on the linked entry on the Shop app.

SCAM SCAM 01.12.22 I was on ETSY and now realise I was transferred from a site Luxlu London to flawlesscosmetics scam link ? I ordered 2 on offer pots of a hair rav review London hair conditioner 60 washes and fab review eye gel !! nothing; weeks later I received a tiny padded envelope package via Evri, it contained totally different nasty items that didn’t resemble the items advertised, contained 2 single wash hair conditioner sachets badly packaged with photo copied English backwards writing wrong spelling !! Says it’s from China (not London) and is used used by South Korean woman ? I believe the contents to be toxic & dangerous no ingredients content listed ! All very cheap and suspect. The envelope Contains no seller details or invoice paperwork. Like other reviewers below I Clicked on the contact seller info link to complain and get a refund return label My emails bounced back failed delivery, there is NO other means of Contact with this SCAMMER who took the money through shoppay - seems we all read the *Fake reviews* ! *DO NOT ORDER* it’s a scam please help get my money back by investigating this scam sellers site, pls stop this false seller taking any more !! money

I wish I read these reviews before I bought anything from these scammers! Please, do not buy anything from them. They are daylight robbers and they're not based in the UK either.
Bought the tooth whitening pen and I'm still waiting for delivery. Sent emails that bounced back. I will go on Pinterest and see if I can post a review there to warn people.

I've been sent a different item to what I ordered and paid for.
Their email service that is supposedly their customer service is bouncing my email back to me and is not received.
What to do now?

Nothing arrived, and no replies to any of my emails, will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can get my money back. DO NOT USE.

Total scam. Order did not arrived. Email address and phone number non existent.

Fraudulent website I have reported to my bank. They do not send the product and obtain your card details. The customer service does not exist. Stay away and continue to report for fraud

Product not arrived after two weeks, despite saying it was being sent First Class. No reply to emails.

Ordered a tooth whitening pen for £9.99. Took a month to arrive, arrived yesterday. No instructions, no ingredients, no batch number, no expiry date. Gave it a try, made no difference at all This can't be right. Went straight in the bin.

I HAVE BEEN SCAMED BY THESE RUTHLESS CRIMINALS! My order never arrived, they ignored all my emails and messages. The only contact number is a mobile number which is constantly engaged! The reviews on their website are all fake! They constantly advertise on Pinterest, surely Pinterest have already been made aware of the amount of victims they have scammed, as they are being used as a third party and must be profiting as well. I’ve had to contact the fraud department at my bank to try to get my money refunded. Total disgrace and robbery! BEWARE, CRIMINALS! FAKE COMPANY AND REVIEWS 😡

I wouldn't order from this site again. First, they advertised Royal Mail postage which implied that the items are stocked in the UK - this wasn't the case.

Second, after I had ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a special applicator brush for the product I had bought. I thought this was a bit poor but I ordered the brush. When the product (finally) arrived, guess what - there were two brushes in the package.

Finally, another product in the parcel smelled damp when I opened it.

All in all, a pretty poor experience from start to finish really. The product itself was actually pretty good which is a shame as I won't be going anywhere near this site again.

I ordered a tooth whitening pen 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery. In the meantime I have requested a full refund. I won't hold my breath.

Update: reported to my bank as a scam, bank refunded. They are investigating.

Wished I'd read reviews first!!! No goods received even after multiple texts & emails. Lesson learnt - to check reviews first
