Absolutely incredible experience.

From the very first interaction, Flawless impressed. I wanted a specific shade of Zambian emerald and reached out to 10+ Hatton Garden jewellers. Maria at Flawless was the first to respond (within 2 hours on a Friday evening!), before pulling out all the stops to source the perfect stone in the perfect shade, and used all her resources to find new stock and bring it in for me. Other jewellers took days to respond with poor quality stones, and little desire to help.

Our design sprint was even better. Maria took the time to understand the essence of what I wanted to create. She never rushed me, while still keeping us on time for my desired date.

The end result is a treasure that will last forever. For one of life’s most important moments, I would work with no one else. Flawless are the best.

So far, I have had a great experience with flawless fine jewellery. I have visited various jewellers in my hunt to find the perfect engagement ring. I came in with 0 experience and there was a space open in the smaller flawless shop which taught me most of what I know. The other 2 times I’ve visited I’ve always enjoyed the experience, and they have very nice comfortable stores.

I’ve had the pleasure of then communicating with Maria online to discuss the ring options further. She has been very responsive and helpful.

I came to visit Flawless Fine Jewellery on 28th May and was assisted by Phawa. Her help was invaluable, made the whole process very straightforward, and took all the stress away. Very happy with the service here and would definitely recommend.

Although we are choosing to go with another jewellers in HG, I wanted to take the time to leave a review for Flawless. Serge was brilliant with us when we went in yesterday. He showed us a lot of different options, explained everything in a lot of detail and helped us decide on a style of ring my partner wanted. He was patient and gave us additional time at the end of our appointment. We only went with a different jewellers due to the ring/design we found there. I can see why Flawless has so many positive reviews and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

I'm still in the process of commissioning my engagement ring, but Maria has already made such a positive impression that I wanted to leave a review now.

Our in-person consultation was relaxed and thorough. She listened carefully, never pushed, and made what could have been an overwhelming conversation feel completely comfortable. The follow-up over text has been just as good — she replies promptly and always makes sure everything is clear.

Came back for Serge after our purchase last year because, honestly, you don’t often find customer service like that anymore. Refreshingly honest, no nonsense, and clearly cares about doing things properly.
