I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. After making a significant purchase, I was informed via email that my ring would arrive by June 2nd. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I’ve received no meaningful updates—only vague responses indicating my inquiry was forwarded elsewhere, without any apology or genuine concern for the delay.

This is now my third follow-up just this week. Although I’ve been told the matter is being looked into, no concrete information has been provided. I was clearly assured the item would arrive by June 2nd, and that deadline has now passed. With our departure just two days away, the lack of communication and poor service is incredibly frustrating.

At this point, I’m left to assume the item will not arrive in time. If that is the case, please confirm that we will proceed with the previously discussed second option—a full refund of the amount paid

I placed my order on 5/12/2025. I received an email from them and Parcel2Go on 5/18/2025 stating my rings had shipped. When I placed my order, the conformation email stated processing & shipping times were 2-3 weeks. So, when I got the email saying my item shipped just 6 days later, I was shocked. I was given a FedEx tracking number, so I checked it daily. From 5/18/2025 to 6/4/2025 NOTHING changed. I contacted FedEx on 6/3/2025 and they said the shipping label was only created and that they hadn't received the item to ship. The only way you can contact these people is through email and WhatsApp. They will not answer your call; they will only text. I've contacted them 8 times in a 5-day (starting on 5/27/2025) period and only received 2 replies, one from a Ciara and the other from a Kelsie. They both just said they would look into it but then I never heard from them again. I'm writing this on 6/5/2025 and I still have not received my rings nor have I been contacted about my issue,

UPDATE: I finally received my rings on 6/9/25. I never got any replies from the company after they said they were going to "look into" why my order was taking so long to ship. The rings are beautiful, and my wife loved them. Hopefully they are well made and will last. If they had better communication, I would give more stars. Just know, if you order from them, it'll be at least 3 weeks AFTER your shipping conformation email before your item is actually shipped. This makes no sense and is the main complaint I have and something they need to work on.

At first I was super skeptical about buying a ring online but it was amazing!! The quality of the ring was exceptional for the price and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an affordable way to have a beautiful ring.

We did have an issue with ordering my wedding band, but not because of the company. The delivery driver gave my ring to the wrong house.

My fiancé and I contacted Flawless and they IMMEDIATELY began to help us. They were so friendly and understanding and they sent us a replacement ring and I am so grateful!

My service representative was, Cheryl, she was so kind and worked to make sure my wedding band got here before my wedding.

I appreciate everything this company does and I strongly urge anyone to consider them for your big day.

Customising and Ordering was simple and the ring looked great on arrival. It was initially hard to get an update on the order, but this was later explained to be because their UK email was down.

The ring came in right on the time that they said it would two weeks on the dot. It was so beautiful and the price it was more inexpensive than I thought it would be and my fiancé loves it so I’m just grateful and just praying that the Lord would bless my marriage, the same way he blessed this company

I can’t say enough about the whole flawless team! I had a time restraint and they sent me a placeholder ring too make sure my weekend getaway was still amazing. Cheryl in particular went WAY ABOVE my expectations. Thank you isn’t enough!

UPDATE: Sherrie reached out to me and resolved the issue. I received my ring!

While my order initially arrived in great condition, the ring turned out to be too large, so I returned it for resizing to their U.S. location. Unfortunately, what I received back was in terrible condition. From there, the experience only got worse. It took weeks of back-and-forth communication—repeating myself to multiple people—just to get a response.

Eventually, a representative named Sherrie told me I'd receive a replacement in 2–3 weeks and that they would try to expedite it. Five weeks passed with no update. I reached out again, only to be met with silence and the same repetitive loop of unresponsiveness.

Only after I threatened legal action did they suddenly inform me the ring was ready to be shipped. When the package finally arrived, it contained only a band—no ring. I immediately asked if another package was on the way, and was told they’d follow up with more information. I’m still waiting to hear back. The communication is lacking immensely

I am absolutely disgusting by this company.l made an order on the 7th of April 2025 and toda is the 2nd of May 2025 and l have not received my order.My money was taken but yet no communication to day wether the order is coming or it is not available.l have emailed them several times and had no response.l called them on the 29th of March and the man l talked to said he will get back to me on that day and till now l have not heard and anything back from him or anyone in that company.Their service has been absolute trash.Their customer service is absolutely disgusting.l paid my money and yet l am fighting to get a response with an update of what is happening with my order.

I ordered a beautiful ring from Flawless Moissanite, but unfortunately it arrived in the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service, and they responded incredibly quickly and professionally. They handled everything smoothly and issued a full refund, which I received within 10–15 business days as promised. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled the situation really showed their commitment to good customer service. I would definitely consider ordering from them again in the future!

All was great from purchasing a ring to receiving it. Customer support was responsive, ring looked great. However, one year later, after irregular wear the little diamonds around the band started falling out. When I reached to customer support a couple of weeks ago and followed up multiple times, I have received no response.

Great experience ordering through flawless! They communicated really well and my ring looked great. It took a little over two weeks and I got the ring! I am disappointed as I’ve tried to get in contact with them about resizing the ring if needed and have not heard anything back since getting the ring.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cheryl and Sherrie. They are two literal angels, and got back to my messages immediately! I had later desired to upgrade the center stone to a lab grown diamond, and they did just that!! I cannot stop staring at my ring, and I get so many compliments on it!! They have even offered my original moissanite ring as well as a matching band for the slight delay in receiving the new ring, as well as the free diamond upgrade! The delay was not at all their faults, but that goes to show their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers!! I highly recommend not only their moissanite side, but also their lab grown diamond sister company Flawless Lab Diamonds! And let me tell you, they truly are flawless!! Their quality of work is A+++!! I will for sure be ordering again from them, as they offer such a beautiful range of jewelry. I cannot thank you guys enough!

This experience was way more stressful in my head. Cheryl helped me out through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered. I’ve had my rings for almost two years now and the customer service team is top tier. I had some issues with one my stones being scratched (i am very tough on my jewelry and i do not take it off) and it was covered under their warranty! Such an amazingly smooth and worry free process. Sherri is the best- if you’re on the fence about using them- please do!

My husband went on a whim , and took a chance. ( which a lot of men do ) and picked Flawless for my ring … I am so thrilled that he did ! Years later and my ring still sparkles and shines as it did the day I unboxed it !! It’s truly a stunning ring ! Anyone that is looking at Flawless as an option , DO SO ! Ordered on the 28th January 2025. Decided to message on WhatsApp just for peace of mind as it had been a couple of weeks since my order. Ciara on the WhatsApp chat was brilliant, getting back to me really quickly and letting me know it would be approximately 7-9 days for production and then would be shipped next day. The ring was delivered on 20/02/2025, but with no email confirmation that it had been posted so it was definitely a surprise! The box is lovely and the ring is perfect! Really brilliant company, just make sure to give yourself a bit more time than stated on the website as I’m sure they have lots of orders to fulfil and want to get the rings made to the best quality standard. Brilliant customer service, thank you!

I ordered a ring early November with the quoted timeline of three weeks but didn't end up getting it for 12 weeks! It really screwed up my proposal plans and the communication through e-mail and Whatsapp was appalling. I would never do business with them again.

Terrible experience. Rings are beautiful website is very clean and easy to use for an affordable price. Everyone is nice at first when your buying then comes all the issues. I ordered the ring on January 19th and was hoping to get it for Valentine's Day because on there site it's approximately 2 weeks. So 2 weeks Go by and still haven't received the ring. So I contacted there customer service they told me it's approximately 2-3 weeks so I said ok no problem. So I waited now 3 weeks go by still nothing contacted the owner this time. And the owner said it's 4-5 weeks now. So now it's Feb 18th no notification from them or anything so I just told them to cancel the order. And I'm buying it somewhere else. And then they gave me attitude when I asked them to cancel and refund the order. I wouldn't touch this business with a 10 foot pole after this experience super disappointed

So I just want to give this place an update. I spoke with Sherrie the senior service representative and she went above and beyond for me. Not only did she give me a refund but also sent me the ring for free. I mean who does that especially the 1500 dollar ring. Thanks so much Sherrie. You really made my new year tbh. And I hope you can keep making your company better and better
