My husband's brought the hat for my birthday and it was with us within 2 to 3 days it was well packed. Thank you, and it was good. Having read on your website that orders are only put together on a Thursday I panicked a bit as my wife Jo, had her birthday on the fFriday. I was more than pleasantly surprised when the Gin and the Beanie arrived first thing on the Thursday morning. Thank you.
