This company is very questionable. I purchased tickets on orbitz ( horror story) and flex flight is supposedly the one in charge. Never got any email or confirmation or bookingID. Tried to cancel and get money back , called them in Denmark but no luck. Finally I called my bank and reported this scam. Be aware .
