I’ve now used FlexiAgent to sell a few properties with. I am 100% impressed, from initial contact to completion they have been great.

I now wouldn’t use any other agent for my sales.

Jack and Andrea were both excellent and went over and above to help us sell our property. Their knowledge of property sales and the market generally was second to none and ensured our property was marketed to the best potential leading to an exceptionally quick sale. I would not hesitate to recommend FlexiAgent agent to anyone serious about selling their property.

We appointed Flexi Agent in a situation where we had identified a house we wanted to buy but had not sold our own home. We appointed Jack and his team under the slightly unrealistic instruction that the house needed to sell immediately and for full market value...

They attended the house that same day and took amazing pictures which showcased our property. They created enough interest that we have over 10 viewings booked for the following 2 day’s. The result was that we ended up with an open weekend which enabled the buyers to visit in slots and see each other coming and leaving.

By the end of the process we had 3 competitive offers, all at or over asking price. We were able to secure our new home by confirming to our sellers that we had obtained a buyer.

Covid-19 and the lockdown hit shortly after and the process ground to a halt. Our buyers became very uneasy about continuing with the purchase. Jack was able to convince them to get back on board and we were able to progress the conveyance during lockdown.

Jack assisted in the negotiations following a full structural survey and helped achieve a good result for us in a situation where the buyer was hoping to achieve a sizeable reduction in the purchase price and where we needed to maintain the sale to retain the purchase of our new home. Without Jack, the sale would have either fallen through or we would have received far less for our property.

Our buyers were not the easiest to deal with and repeatedly came back with issues and stresses about the property which Jack and his team dealt with well.On the moving day, jacks team did their best to help us move out of the Property while the buyers hounded for the keys.

Overall, Jack and his team were a port in the storm, very professional and very much on our side. Their know how and subtle tact was crucial in securing us the best deal.

Finally, Jack is a great guy and lovely to deal with. We came across a number of agents in the process and none showed half of the passion and and friendliness that we received from Flexi. 10pm phone calls, help drafting emails to our sellers on our related purchase. General help and guidance whenever needed. Nothing was too much work for them.

If you’re looking to move within Southport or the surrounding area, you will not find anyone better. My mum was out conveyancer and runs a conveyancing firm and was blown away by the service offered by Flexi...

Sold my house (STC) 24 hours after going live on Rightmove. Managed to get the chain through to completion during lockdown!

In view of the current climate I was amazed after less than one week after restrictions had been lifted my mums house was sold subject to contract, hitting the asking price. Andrea and Jack and the team have been great keeping me updated on how they were going to proceed and the viewings they had . Andrea went above and beyond. As we couldn’t find the deeds to the house and didn’t know who had them Andrea personally emailed all the solicitors in the area and within a few hours had located them for us

We are currently in the process of both selling our house and buying through Flexi Agent. Jack, Andrea and the team are absolutely amazing!! We put a offer in the house we wanted on Saturday evening and the offer was accepted that same evening. Our house was put on the market with Flexi agent 3 days later and sold in 4 days.
We chose Flexiagent because we everywhere we looked in Southport there was a Flexiagent board with a sold sign on it and now in less than a week ours has the same.

I would highly recommend Flexi Agent. We had our property up with traditional agents and online agents in the past with no success and within 3 weeks of being with Flexi Agent we had an influx of viewings and interest, leading to multiple offers. Jack and the team were fantastic to deal with and I would have no reservation in advising people to use them!

Quite clearly the very best agent in the Southport market! They have a very innovative approach to marketing that simply works like a dream - my house was sold within 8 hours of going live on Rightmove for the price they suggested it would achieve. They gave us an excellent professional and personal service both times and we have already recommended them to several of our friends looking to put their homes on the market. When buying our new home our offer was accepted by the vendor late on a Saturday evening - what other estate agent could provide that sort of service.
