Would highly recommend Flexi Agent to anyone in the area. Sold our home with ease, Flexi ran an Open Day which took the stress out of the matter. Any issues always resolved promptly by Amy who was very helpful on our sale. Jacquie has been extremely helpful and both are a credit to the business. If you are serious about selling your house would highly recommend this local estate agent.

Came round to appraise house very quickly. Was marketed the same day. Lots of viewings and was under offer within a week. Can’t ask for more than that.
Particularly like the fact you can use text messages so no phone tennis. Makes life much easier. Beth in particular has been very helpful amd I would recommend flexi-agent if you’re thinking of selling. Or buying for that matter.

Have just moved into our new property in Southport. Once our offer was accepted, the after sales team, particularly Jacquie, were wonderful. She always answered calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner, and was very reassuring when things looked a little uncertain. One star lost because promises of returning calls were not kept when we initially started looking. Otherwise great service.

I’ve read through some of the reviews. I was actually shocked at some of the negative responses. This has not been my experience at all. Sophie came to my property she sat down with me talked to me about what I wanted. Not in the least bit pushy, professional, friendly. A pleasure to have her in my home! I’d only booked the appt. to see what my house was worth. As I was pleased with the valuation I went for the sale. My house was live by the end of the day. The next morning I had 6/7 people interested. Flexi then asked me could I do viewings that next day. They did everything for me. I had been dreading showing families round - I had to leave my house for 2 hours (that’s was it) I then had three offers. They made this process I was dreading easy. They are always there to answer questions. Trust me I have many! Now I’m busy trying to find my new home.
I’d recommend them any day of the week. I also read that the Jack was rude, this baffles me as I spoke to him on the phone and I just thought he’s pleasant keen business man. Surely this is what people want when trusting someone to sell their home?!
Flexi agent gets my vote any day of the week.

Can’t recommend Flexi Agent highly enough! From valuation through to marketing, sale and aftersales... my experience was fantastic. My property sold in just 4 days, achieved a great price and was managed proficiently. Staff were helpful, honest & reassuring. Beth & Mike (sales) and Jackie (aftersales) are assets to the company. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or using them again :)

Loved their persistence- they were great partners for me. Recommend.

Flexi-agent were good at marketing my property and dealing with viewings, however once the property was sold their communication was non-existent, they had no idea on progress and I had to do that myself with the buyer of my property direct and liaise between solicitors. The house I purchased solicitors and estate agent were able to give me more updates on the sale of my property than Flexi-agent were. Concerns were raised but were very quickly discounted. Her response to my e-mail looks like it was pre-written, and comments cobbled together based on previous issues raised by other clients.
Her summary comment of ‘When you appointed us to sell the property, you agreed a fee to sell, which has been done, so in essence the aim of selling has been satisfied.’ To me felt this came across as though I sold your house so what are you complaining about….Andrea’s over all response and attitude was aggressive and not one I would promote to anyone. Overall, disappointing service.

I chose Flexi Agent as my seller for my properties after firstly noticing their sold signs all across the town. They are fast paced, efficient and on the ball.. I appreciated the enthusiasm and experience within the market to give me the best advice throughout.
I will definitely be using them again and fully recommend.

Great Estate Agent. I’ve recently bought my first home through FlexiAgent and I thought they were fantastic. We paid a price that the property was worth to us, which was dealt with by Flexi quickly and speedily and from when I viewed to when I offered, I even received a call from the owner of the business late at night telling me my offer had been accepted! They held my hand throughout the process, Jacquie in the office was fantastic as well as their team of sales progressors. They hurried the solicitors along quickly so that we could complete and save money on the stamp duty. Thank you everyone at FlexiAgent, you guys are ace!

Sold in a day. Very efficient service. Answer the phone late into the night, dealt with myself and my husband in a friendly fashion and can’t do enough to help at all times. I’ve worked in sales all my life and I’ve seen very few that deliver everything they say they will. Thank you Flexi agent - we will definitely recommend to you to our family and friends.

Amazing service! We recently instructed Flexi-Agent to market our home and it was live within hours. Within two hours our open day was full up, with excited buyers! The open day has now happened and we just can’t believe it - a sale within a week for much more than the initial price! Thank you Jack, Andrea and the team for an all around great result. 100% recommend

Terrible service, unprofessional attitude to buyers, just a bunch of Sales people who auction properties and have no interest in the buyer at all.

Flexi-agent were excellent at marketing the property and dealing with viewings. So selling the property they were very good. However after the property had a buyer I felt that they did not perform well at keeping me informed nor with dealing with lack of progress. I felt that they were on the "buyer's side" but did not support me, the person paying their fee. Having previously had an excellent estate agent in Axminster who went the extra mile to sort out problems, Flexi-agent did not perform as well. Andrea discounted my criticisms when I tried to raise them with her, blaming my solicitor instead. Disappointing service.

I enquired about a house that was advertised on rightmove. I rang on a Saturday morning after the house was advertised late Friday. The agent told me that they would ring back when they have an update on the vendors availability. 4 days later, after a bank holiday Monday had passed, I enquired again but this time I'm told it's all booked out. I told them that I'm a bit disappointed given that I rang early. Their response was that someone should have rang back but essentially I am now on a waiting list and should there be any cancellations I may get a slot. They also stated that there will be no further viewings as the property will sell quickly.

Having viewed other houses with the company and putting down an offer. I get the impression this company operates like an auction house.

I put my house on the market with Sophie at flexi- Agent after being let down with the service we were getting from another estate agents. The property was listed so promptly that we accepted an offer within a day and then the help Sophie gave us in then securing another property for us to buy was amazing she went above and beyond for us to be able to get the property we are now moving to! The updates throughout the process and the extra mile she went to was like no other estate agent I’ve dealt with. Would recommend to anybody wanting to buy/sell.

We put the house sale with Beth and Sophie at Flexiagent in Southport because they have an in depth knowledge of the local market and their Marketing is top-class. They kept me in touch with exactly what was happening and when - and took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing and what the benefits were. They are helpful and professional and their communication and speed of response are excellent. They were able to expedite a rapid sale and I would recommend them as first choice for property sales in Southport. 10/10

Jackie was absolutely brilliant and very persistent chasing updates and helping to get our house move over the line. She was also patient with my regular chase ups and did her job very well. Good job indeed and professional service. 👍👍

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
I have been trying to buy a property for well over a year and this amateur company have tried to ‘assist’. They do not value their buyers EVER!!!! They never put you first nor help you when the seller pulls out, they drop you as if you are nothing to them. I am disappointed with how their customer services works and how high there staff turn over is, that is not a good sign!! I have spoken to at least 6 different sale representatives with a few months. The communication it awful between colleagues; having to repeat your story or your need to every single person you get passed through. Disappoint and awful are the only two words to describe this shoddy agency.

From valuation, to listing, to open day, to a sale subject to contract in under 7 days! Valuation conversation was honest. professional and not pushy. Listing photos were great and really helped show off the house. Excellent communication so far as well!

Within less then 48 hours of our first buyer pulling out of the sale. Flexi agent got us another 15 viewings booked for one day and several offers on the table. Thanks to Claire for getting them all booked in and through the door and thanks again to Andrea for getting us the best deal possible. Can’t thank the whole team enough 48 hours ago I thought we would lose are dream forever home now we are back on track.
