For the last five months or so we have been looking for a house in the southport area and been in contact with all the Estate Agents. Flexiagent has simply been outstanding and especially Rachel, who has been so friendly and helpful in every way, so much so that we would now class her as a personal friend! We have had a couple of false starts with buying properties but she has always been so good. We are even apologising that in the end we have had to buy somewhere else with another Agent but she will always be welcome to come and see our new home! Out of this world service!

Can’t thank Flexi enough they have sold my house in under 24 hours and got me the best price possible on my further home. Andrea has worked her magic and managed to seal the deal at 7:30 on a Friday night. That’s one of the best things about Flexi the opening hours you can get hold of them up to 10pm which when you find the house you want is perfect. Thanks again to Andrea and the rest of the team for working non stop

There phone lines are always busy how can you sell homes if you can never get in touch with the agents..??

I have found the service of Flexi-Agent outstanding so far. Each member of staff who answers the phone is polite and courteous and if they can’t give an answer at the time for your query, they will ring back as promised when they have found out the information.

Emma Hall rang me when a house she thought I would be interested in, came on the market. We didn’t go for that one but instead went back to revisit a property we had viewed a month ago.

The gentleman who escorted us round was also great. We decided to put in an offer and Emma was able to put across our great position and offer in an effective manner while maintaining the interest of her client. She is very charming and excellent at her job!

Today I contacted flexi agent early in the morning with regards to viewing a fair few properties in Marshside/ Churchtown area. I was able to call numerous times throughout the day to book/ add on viewings with time slots. A lady named Harriet was very helpful and polite! Nothing was any bother for her to arrange for us, she is a credit to the company! Thankyou.

My brother and I had 2 properties for sale with Flexi-Agent, we have both taken them off the market with this agent. Their communication is useless. The service is dreadful and they have an awful bullying attitude. Don't believe the blagging about driving the price up, its a load of tripe - within a few weeks my brother was TOLD he should drop the price of his house by £20k on the valuation they made because he could get 'stuck with it'
I was TOLD I should accept an offer which was under the OIEO price within a day of setting that price.
When the Director comes to value your property he is charming and convincing - don't fall for it, its all talk!

This is the first time i have come across Flexi agent as a purchaser and i was very impressed with they way the engaged with me and their proactive approach.

From my experience as a purchaser, i would thoroughly recommend any one considering selling their property to use them.

I have worked with Flexi Agent as both a buyer and a vendor. They have acted for me on multiple property sales and I could not recommend them highly enough. They were proactive and professional and helped me achieve sales prices I was extremely happy with.
As a buyer, I found them diligent and efficient, as well as extremely patient with my numerous viewing requests! On acceptance of my offer they kept me informed every step of the way!

andrea was extremely rude, lacks customer care skills.

Only 1 star because it won’t let me leave zero. We went to Flexi agent as they seemed to have a great track record for selling properties. They are corrupt! They reserve properties for friends of staff and literally lead you up the garden path. Andrea is the rudest company owner ever, instead of being accountable she will insult you and hang up quickly - how very brave you are Andrea.
Other reviews saying she’s told people it’s illegal to view if you haven’t sold are very accurate for how she speaks to people, strange though that she sent her friend to view ours when they were not even on the market and then cancelled all other viewings alleging we agreed to hold the property for her friend?
They sell a lot of properties but their customer care is disgusting use a professional company with a professional outlook.

We recently sold our property through Flexi-Agent and were very impressed with the service we received. They very quickly found us a buyer when our property was first listed and, although our sale was delayed by COVID restrictions, Andrea worked tirelessly to communicate up and down the chain and ensure that the sale still went ahead. Flexi-Agent are very proactive, professional and always available so we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is the first review I have given and the only reason I have even given it one star is because Emma was so nice, I spoke to Rachel and asked to view property's in Southport which she said she would arrange, heard nothing,phoned again and told they would call back, still nothing, phoned again and spoke to Rachel who said she would be right on it,again nothing,thankfully Anthony James did manage to do there job and arrange viewings ,as we had a 6 hour drive to view,on our return I phoned to complain about Rachel to be told she had been PROMOTED , I spoke to Andrea who was extremely rude,and said it was illegal to view if your property had not sold yet,I asked why I hadn't been told this and she said I should have read the small print! I told her I thought she was rude and she said I was an idiot and hung up! All this can be verified by my phone call which is recorded for training purposes,please feel free to listen to it,I would never recommend this company

If you want to sell your home then use Flexiagent. The whole team are on the ball and pursue all leads, phoning viewers immediately for feedback and hence getting offers from interested parties. I've used other agents in the past that are too complacent. This team are driven: Jack and Andrea, the partners, are great to deal with; our negotiator Emma did a wonderful job for us and sealed a deal. Thanks guys.

Flexi agent provided a professional and friendly service from start to finish. Emma especially was helpful and always followed up on feedback and communicated with us at every instance. The whole team encouraged and found many viewings for our property. They were available from early mornings until late to book appointments and provide help and feedback. So glad we went with them wouldn't go with anyone else now. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent and who wants to sell their property quickly.

Flexi-Agent and in particular Emma Hall were absolutely wonderful and incredibly diligent as a company in assisting me as a first time buyer to obtain a property in Southport.

Emma was consistently friendly and reassuring throughout the at times overwhelming and challenging process and was always happy to give advice to help progress the sale.

While I'm aware that some estate agents are very much seller orientated, Emma and the Flexi-Agent team could not have done more for me as a buyer and I would wholly recommend them as well as use them myself again in the future.
