Order Not Delivered or Refunded
I purchased a Flexia bundle and tower in January 2026 and have not received the full order. I was originally told the order would ship in 2–4 weeks. After I was later told the tower would be delayed by several months, I requested a refund for the tower portion. When that request went unanswered, I disputed that portion with my credit card company and received a credit for the tower. However, the remaining merchandise, the reformer bundle, has still not been delivered or refunded.
I have contacted the company and requested resolution several times. I would like this resolved by either receiving valid tracking and delivery confirmation for the remaining merchandise, or receiving a refund for the remaining unresolved balance.
As of this review, it has been five months and I still do not have the product or a refund. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue.
