I tried very hard to give this company my money, but they resisted every attempt I made to purchase from them. Two email enquiries were ignored, so I telephoned to try and speak to sales staff. I was told they were not able to answer their phones, but someone would call me back shortly, and definitely the same day. They did not. If this is the level of care they have about a hot prospect with money to spend, I would be extremely concerned about entering into a contract with them. In my case, they just didn't care. I have now purchased elsewhere.
Heat proof glass cracked after very little use and been installed approximately 2- 3 months from end of July so not much use as ambient temperature was warm for many weeks after install. I’m aware of the fitting procedure and I’ve installed quite a few of these over the years in different stoves and never had an issue. Customer service are full of words that all point the blame at your feet. Very condescending and rewording each email to sound a little different but culminates in the same outcome. YOUR TO BLAME. The only help offered is to help you smoothly order another one from them!!! Why would I?
Ordered an item that I couldn’t easily source elsewhere. No confirmatory email sent so rang customer service who were helpful. Delivered by RM but still no email which can be alarming. Item as described.

Placed an order with this company on 9th December. All items listed as in stock only to be told some are out of stock on the 14th. I emailed back to accept their cancellation of the two out of stock items and process the remaining items. I decided to call to ask about alternatives. The only options, sales or aftersales rang and rang. No answer. Emails sent requesting a call back to discuss alternatives. No callback.
16th December I was emailed telling me my new order (without the out of stock parts) was being processed. An hour later, I'm told further items are out of stock. Order cancelled due to their business practices and lack of support.
