Ordered a 227kg Heavy Duty Office Chair…
Ordered a 227kg Heavy Duty Office Chair (C3) as it's on offer. It's good, worth the sale price but not more. The delivery marks this down as it was poorly packaged and one of the arms now has a dent, which is frustrating.
Also, tried leaving a review on their website but it's not showing. All their reviews seem to be 4-5 stars when this trust pilot shows overwise. Company is clearly manipulating reviews, not a good sign of trust.

Great desk and customer service!
Very happy with FlexiSpot. The E7 Flow desk is excellent and feels very solid, and I really enjoyed the assembly process.
The CPU holder didn’t fit my case, but customer support handled it perfectly — they refunded it quickly and didn’t even ask me to return the item. Special thanks to Mary for the fast and friendly support. Highly recommended.
One note: the cable tray could be a bit more stable though, but it’s a big plus that you can simply hide all the cables there and not spend ages on cable management.

I ordered the 180 x 80cm GT3 Gaming Desk on 29th of December 2025.
The order on the Flexispot website showed 2 packages. One which I assumed was the legs and accessories, and the other being the desktop. Both were shipped within a couple of days of me placing my order. One package was with DHL and the other with FedEx, and both showed an expected delivery date of 3rd January 2026.
I was away from home until 4th of January 2026 so I just used the tracking systems of both couriers to change the delivery date to the 6th of January.
Both packages were delivered without any issues and I set about building the desk. The instructions were clear and very easy to follow. It took me around 40 minutes to build the desk on my own. It was at the building stage that I realised that the accessories that are supposed to be included with this desk, a cable management tray, headphone hook, cupholder and cable management kit were all missing. I contacted customer services via online chat and then via phone and was told that the shipping of the accessories had been delayed and that they would dispatch them immediately with delivery expected in about a week. I suppose I can put up with some messy wires for a little while until it arrives! I received a message the following day to say that the package had been shipped from Hong Kong.
The desk is very sturdy and wobble free, even when raised to my standing height. (I am 6'1" tall). The desktop is thicker than the lower priced standing desks I previously bought from Amazon. The desktops on those are about 18mm whereas the Flexispot desktop is around 25mm.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase from Flexispot. Their customer service people have been polite and have dealt with any issues quickly. The product itself is of good quality, and I feel like it is good value, considering that other standing desks of this size and quality were priced quite a bit higher. There were some cheaper options on Amazon but those would have had spliced desktops that were a fair bit thinner, which I didn't want because of the amount of kit that I was going to be mounting and placing on the desk.
If I had any advice to give Flexispot it would be to improve their logistics so that all items are shipped and delivered at the same time. This would greatly improve the customer experience as it avoids people having to take extra days off work to wait for packages, and allows them to just build the whole product in one session rather than having to wait for additional parts to arrive so that they can finish their build.
I am now looking for a good ergonomic chair so may order from Flexispot again. I would also recommend their desks to others as they are good quality and reasonably priced, especially when they have sales on.

Do not buy from flexispot they will send of bits and parts at a time spaced out by months without having the rest in stock so they cannot even tell you when your would receive the other half of a desk they should of been sent out together i would of preferred to wait longer for the full product than have half of it early because what can I do with it other than inconvenience

Great Customer Service
I had ordered a BS8 Chair in Grey from FlexiSpot but on checking their order confirmation email I noticed that it was a pre oder which would be available 10th February. Checked the web site are realised I had missed that bit but noticed that the Black version didn't have the same note so I emailed them to ask if it would be possible to change the order to the black one if it was in stock. They replied YES and the next afternoon it arrived.
That's what I call great customer service.
The chair was easy to build and is comfortable though a little firmer than the chair it replaced but I think that's probably a good thing.

I ordered a desk from FlexiSpot and only two out of three items were delivered. For over two weeks, I was repeatedly told that the remaining item would be delivered, only to finally be informed that it was out of stock. This information could and should have been communicated much earlier.
After cancelling the order and requesting a refund, FlexiSpot then asked me to provide basic information that they already hold, including which items were delivered, my address, and what needed collecting. This despite the fact that:
• The order number was clearly provided
• They already know what they dispatched and what they failed to deliver
• The items remain unopened and in their original packaging
Rather than resolving their own error efficiently, the burden was repeatedly pushed onto the customer, prolonging an already frustrating experience.
This has been a complete failure in communication, stock management, and customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, particularly if anything goes wrong.

There was an offer of £30 credit, but after some exchange they agreed to ship an alternative (more expensive) desk frame as compensation.
Still took too long, and was not resolved without effort. All in all I have a great product now that I am happy with so upgraded from 1 star to 3

I purchased an E7 Plus desk and desk top back on the 20th November, at the time not noticing the very small print on the website stating that the desk legs were on back-order due on the 22nd December. Fine, not great but not the end of the world.
The desk top was delivered quickly, and is still boxed up waiting for the imminent arrival of the legs.
Today (29th December) I received two boxes. Unfortunately these are both box 2 of 2 for the desk legs. Mistakes happen, so I reached out to the support chat on the website.
The answer I got was straight to the point. Sorry the part 1 is out of stock with no planned restock date. Please send the received items back for a refund.
So, no help to resolve the issue. No offer of an alternative product, just send it back. There are plenty other stock items that could be offered as an alternative, without waiting for the whole return / refund / resale cycle.
Notwithstanding the fact that I have the part 2 of two desks, surely there must be part 1 somewhere?
Automatic response, no help, long wait, bad service. That's the summary so far!
