Outstanding service and products

Upon receiving the desk, it was easily assembled and looks fabulous! I was supposed to receive dual monitor arms and received a note from the courier that the package could not be delivered due to damage. Upon contacting FlexiSpot customer service, I immediately received a response to my email within minutes. They sent daily emails confirming that my replacement was on its way. Great experience overall including the product and the customer service!

We love our bed

We love our bed! The installation was easy, and it’s super sturdy, quiet, and so beautiful. The customer service has great communication—we were told it was out of stock and would be restocked in mid-May, but we actually received it earlier, in mid-April, so that was great!

I called the customer to service…

I called the customer to service department and they were very helpful. I want to return a product and they were able to handle my return Within less than 5 minutes. I am grateful for the services here because I need a custom desk and it's only a few companies that offer it. So I will be buying all my office in bedroom needs from Flexi Spot.

The customer service (Patrick)…

The customer service (Patrick) experience has been 5 stars but unfortunately the product was not. I bought the White Oak (Made in EU) Natural and it came with a corner shipped and the other dented. It also did not look like the image online (it looked darker).

As I screwed it to the frame the wood cracked in half. Fortunately Flexispot has great warranty and customer service (Patrick) and I was able to schedule a second table top be sent to me. After doing some research I decided to change to the Rubberwood Natural. Customer service member Patrick made it easy and also refunded me the difference. I wish i could give this a 5 star as I bought it because my partner has one and we both love it. Its sleek, sturdy, and a great size. I hope that they take a look at there manufacturers to ensure this doesn't happen to any other customer. Lastly I hope they update all their images online to reflect how the colors actually look.

Great Customer Service

Patrick was extremely helpful when I called customer service to modify my order. I had accidentally ordered the 48" x 24" bamboo desktop instead of the 55" x 28" one, and he made the process of updating my order very easy. He was kind, patient, and professional throughout the call. I was also pleasantly surprised when he told me I didn’t have to pay the difference, even though I was fully prepared to do so. Overall, Patrick made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Very kind service

I purchased a chair a week ago, and after 6 or so days i hadn't gotten an update on my order, so I reached out, and they told me the one I bought was out of stock, but they offered to replace the chair with the same one but in a different colour instead for free. I'm very pleased with their help!

Above and beyond

Flexispot went above and beyond. I purchased the wrong size of desk-- they did everything and then some to make it a seamless process.

Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind. This kind of customer service is what business owners dream of! Thank you Flexispot!

Japanese joinery Kana Bed

We really love our wooden bed. The Japanese joinery makes it very quiet but sturdy. The materials look very resistant, and the design is very clean. FlexiSpot has great customer support. They helped us follow up on our order, and we actually received it earlier than expected. I would recommend this bed to other people.

Terrible customer service

I bought a desk and assembled it, and it would not move at all. I called and started a case, and they asked me to email them a video, which I did, and then they replied that they would escalate. After 6 days, they continue to just ask me to send videos and my address and blah blah blah, like they don't have my address. It's absolutely unacceptable to treat people like this, this company is terrible.

Patrick was so helpful

Patrick was so helpful. I quickly realized I ordered the wrong desk. He was able to cancel that order. Explain difference in products to me. He also put in a request that the refund happened in a timely manner. Gave me a coupon, which helped when I went back and then purchased not just one, but two desks that were a better fit for me and a chair, since I was able to get a little discount. I have been wanting desk’s for a very long time. I found flexispot from AI. I hope that when I get the products this as easy as it was when Patrick assisted me. Thank you, Carolyn
