Product received 24 hours after purchase (brilliant). It arrived damaged and appeared to be previously used, definitely not brand new.

Contacted the business via e-mail and Instagram. No response to date (after 1 week) to discuss a replacement.

I wish I spent more money on a trusted brand as I think this business is closing down/stopping distribution due to the lack of presence on social media since 2021.

Don’t bother purchasing, save your money.

I’ve used my FLEX gun plenty in the time I’ve had it but I work a manual labour job and I sprained/strained a muscle in my back last Friday and it was AGONIZING. Couldn’t sleep, couldn’t walk, could breathe slightly… well, that was until I tried a heating pad and FLEX gun on a low setting For two hours straight yesterday and today, I’m at full mobility and I’ve got to say, it’s damn near a miracle and I will ALWAYS have my FLEX gun close because outside the hype, it truly works for me and my active lifestyle. Thank you guys at FLEX so, so much!!

This massage gun has been amazing for my rehab and recovery after breaking my ankle. Now I’m finally back starting to run, cycle and swim it’s just what I need.
It’s light and easy to hold whilst there are several different massage heads to suit different areas of the body’s.
My husband also finds it great after a long shift at work.

First item was faulty but they exchanged it really quick and now I couldn't be happier, my back is very greateful and cramp is no longer an issue it's now more of an excuse to use it lol again customer service was very fast and helpful definitely recommend anyone to get one (ask Messi to advertise it 😉)

Flex Recovery provide an amazing service from start to finish. The website is very detailed, with clear imagery of products. I ordered the Flex Pro massage gun, it arrived quickly and well packaged. The Flex Pro is a great product and the best massage gun that I have found to help me recover from running and strength training. The vast amount of speed settings allow you to cater for all types of recovery. I would 100% recommend!!

I ordered this as a Christmas present and somehow my address didn't save on the order. Instead of just refunding me and telling me to reorder which takes almost 2weeks to process, flex recovery contacted me immediately about the error. I had an email from Mike asking for the address so it could be sent out asap. I was so grateful and received it the next day! Customer service is outstanding and the massage gun is the best gift my partner received. He has a very physical job in construction and uses it every night before he goes to bed. All those knots in his muscles that get worse throughout the week are eased daily and he's sleeping much better. Its gentle but thorough, he hasn't even used every setting yet because the lower ones are really helping. He knows if he needs an intensive massage that he has the option to up the anti. I've already recommended to friends and family and i highly recommend it to anyone searching for a massage gun. They might not have Ronaldo in their ads but that's probably why the price is so reasonable.

Ordered on a Sunday and got my Flex gun on Tuesday, I have been using it almost everyday since. Great for working out any knots on stuck muscles or a pulled muscle from my workouts helps me keep on track for my routine and avoiding an injury that would take me out for a number of days.

Flex massage is awesome, great range of massage tools and speeds to choose from.

Great quality, looks good and leaves the body feeling fresh.

Overall a fantastic bit of kit. Good value for money. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I've had the flex gun for a few days now and it's helped so much. Starting up pre season football training the muscles need all the attention they can get and the Flex massage gun has helped in all my muscular areas to recover. Very easy to use and a quality looking product.

Wow. What a product and what service. I had owned a “premium” branded product that broke days outside of warranty. I purchased this as a replacement. Firstly, it arrived the next day in immaculate packaging! The quality is excellent, the battery life is insanely good and it’s less than half the price!! What more could I ask for?

Bought one of these a few weeks ago as I was struggling with my thigh after football each week. Has made a huge difference in the short time I have had it. Would definitely recommend!
