First order was a challenge, but quickly resolved. 2 nd order was fast. I still need more experience by ordering more. But for now. I’m satisfied and hoping to do more business in the future . I highly recommend and customer service is awesome.

They sent email staying that everything…

They sent email staying that everything was done, and got another email this morning that they needed me to call and when I called the rep said okay after speaking with her and then another email again I had called and spoke to another rep and they said that my lease was canceled and it's just a web of lies. They took my money, I want it back and NOw!!!

Flexshopper Experience

New to this shopping experience site. Learned about this from a car shop. I was once like a few upset because I didn't understand how it works when they show you a large repayment fee over a long period of time. Now that I learned the truth on payments on 5/6/25. I hope that Flexshoppers will be a great shopping experience for me. I still have a payment to complete soon then I'll be looking for my next shopping experience with them.

Can't even join....

I had some issues trying to make an account with the site to try it out. Though it partly on me for making a mistake with my phone number, it became really an hassle to have that issue fixed. And after weeks of going back and forth through phone calls and emails, I finally was able to that issue fixed. Then another problem arrives with an issue with doing the bank account part of the application. I have tried to to contact the site again regarding the issue but have not received any messages or calls back for some time. I'm not sure what's going on but flexshopper honestly needs to do better :/

Luckily I found other places that gives me little to no issues with using their sites to purchase/finance items, perhaps they should learn from them.

No Customer Service

I am still unable to login to my account as they will not speak with me due to not calling from my old number... The original phone was lost and am not able to access it! I just want to make a payment arrangement to pay off this debt before it goes to collections! Why is it so difficult to do so...? I definitely do not recommend this place as if you lose your number you are screwed and told they cannot help you make a payment arrangement without calling from the phone number on file.... Very shady practices as they are unwilling to help you.

The only reason I give you 2 stars

The only reason I give you 2 stars. It's because you had to wait too much to get what you want. You see in the front that you're gonna get something the next day. And then you have to wait 3 or 4 days.
To get a product when they already take you money. It's not only happened once it happened a couple times already
