Their products are expensive and simply don't last. I used my $50 pump a handful of times, it failed, they want $25 to replace it. The problem with a one year warranty is who uses a camping pump more than a few times a year. 5 camping trips, 5 nights each...25 times MAX. That's pretty expensive if it only works for one year. Since tons of people seem to have the same problem. I'd avoid using this company. Great idea...low quality product.

The Max Pump 3 is a nifty little unit with both pump and light functions in a very compact package. The pump has two different pressure settings and the light has multiple options and a hook to hang overhead in a tent. It comes with pretty much every nozzle adapter you can think of and everything fits in a tiny bag. Customer service has been very helpful. Unfortunately it failed completely (just stopped working) in just over a year of light use.

Pump has worked well, customer service has been good when needed.

I'm a repeat customer of Flextail products and once again, I'm glad I got this camp shower set. Works as it should and quality looks good - should last a long time! First set came slightly faulty with a leak at the opening which they promptly sent me a replacement when I got in touch with customer service. Always appreciate good communication. Thank you!

Have purchased several products from them. Had issues with a product and they were willing to send a replacement outside of warranty.

My big problem used to be huffing and puffing to inflate my inflatable mattress. Especially when I am trekking at high altitudes in the Nepalese Himalaya. (I am a frequent visitor to Nepal as a trek escort)
And then I purchased a Flextail Zero Electric Air Pump. Within a short time, my mattress fully inflated. My lungs can't thank me and Flextail enough! And it is just as easy to deflate my mattress. Just reverse the Flextail Zero and it sucks the air from my mattress, rather than my lungs.
And the best thing? It is tiny and weighs less than 50gms. This a massive consideration for me as I need to keep all my gear to a minimum weight whilst trekking in Nepal.
Strongly recommend Flextail products. Strong. Reliable and all super lightweight.

I really like the FLEXTAIL Tiny Repeller S and have been using it while travelling in Italy. It has been working well in the Tuscan hills, particularly on the terrace in the evening when we’re eating dinner and dealing with tiger mosquitoes.

I did have an issue with the battery life of my original unit, but I contacted FLEXTAIL customer service and they resolved the problem by organising a replacement. Although it took around a week to receive a first response, I felt that was a reasonable timeframe and, most importantly, they dealt with the problem satisfactorily.

I actually felt compelled to write this review because, having contacted customer service, I feel they have done right by me and resolved my issue. I appreciate the way they handled it and would happily buy from FLEXTAIL again.

Terrible and unresponsive customer service, I would avoid purchasing from them again.

I have been charged for an order and received no order email, tried their online chat support, always reverts to no agents available when asking to communicate with a support member. Advised to send an email to support, no replies.

I also had a faulty item, same issue, no agents, sent an email to support, no reply

I love the products, but the lack of any customer support or service is a big red flag. Same as I would have loved to continue using their products and site.

Update - Suggested emailing support, I have and a follow up email with no response (half expect this is an AI generated response)

I purchased a R05 mummy 183cm mattress , which is very comfortable, warm and packs well. however I had an issue outside of their warranty time , using their contact details and providing the required information, they responded in a supportive and timely manner going above and beyond to gain a resolution, with Flextail offering a free replacement. Amazing customer service. I also have several air pumps which are fantastic.

An excellent product, versatile, strong, and easy to carry. Highly recommended

What I used to like about Flextail services is that they provide free repellent mats once per month in case you have purchased certain repellent appliances already. I even scheduled my future purchases from this brand in such a way that they are executed once per month so I can add the free mats to them and optimize the delivery. Unfortunately, the type of mats I am interested in are out of stock for quite a long time now and this is valid for the free section of the site only. This is very frustrating!

Having bought several items from FLEXTAIL, I am pleased to say that the quality has been very high. In particular, the R05 Sleeping Pad. Whilst camping in Scotland, I was pleased to find that this pad made a big difference to my warmth and comfort through the night. I also bought the Max Pump 3, which, with the sleeping pad, is a great addition to my camping kit.
I also have the Tiny Bike Pump Pro-120, which is part of my tool bag that goes with me everywhere on my bike. Lost count of how many punctures I have fixed with this pump — Quick to charge and about 2-30 seconds to pump up a 700c tyre from flat.
