As an A320 pilot himself, Ian was a very patient person. With my limited experience of a single engine simulator at home, followed by a trial flight in a Piper Warrior, this was a step function change.
As a registered deafblind person, the low level lighting did have some limitations, but more than compensated for by Ian's calm instructions. Lots to take in, with an A320 being 'fly by wire' rather than the traditional yoke, and being a commercial aircraft, it had much more complicated instrumentation. From pushback at Gatwick, take off and 'flight' to Manchester, perfect approach and touchdown, enjoying some great simulated countryside views on the way. Keeping manual track of the programmed flight path was challenging, but instructive, learning the sensitivity of the controls along the way.
As a simulator, guess a full 6-axis system could
be better, but for the technical content, value for money and for pilot training, this would be hard to beat.

Simulator was really high fidelity, and the customer service from Ian was second to none! I was able to be fit in last minute, and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Would highly recommend to all!

Whether you’re looking for an unforgettable gift or you’re a dedicated flight-simmer or you simply want to know what goes on in that little room at the pointed end of a jet aircraft I cannot recommend FlightZone320 too highly. You’ll be guided by an experienced airline pilot in the operations and intricacies of the miraculous Airbus A320. Although this is a static simulator, it is fully detailed and amazingly immersive.

Great sim for airline professionals to practice with, Ian was able to run through profiles to give confidence for the airline assessment.

It is a great sim for people wanting to experience what it is like, to fly an Airbus A320. I would highly recommend for anyone, wanting a realistic airline pilot experience.

Wow what a wonderful hour,had a great time from the moment of starting till the end of the lesson. Superb teaching and great fun to do. You experience the whole flight from push back taxing out take off, flight adjustments and landing. Ian being a pilot makes. It an unforgettable time. It is so real you could be doing it, this is a must. I have now booked a lesson for my sons birthday treat.

Superb! Ian delivered the session brilliantly, translating his vast experience as a pilot with ease to enable us to sample what it's like to fly. The set up and equipment is excellent and we'd definitely come back.

Took my daughter for a flight experience in the A320 NEO fixed base simulator. Ian gave my daughter Olivia a great experience flying from Gatwick to Stansted. Real insight into an airline pilot job. The visuals exceed the visual displays of the Heathrow A350 sim that I use for training.
